Love the place.
Pros:

We love this place. The rooms are big. They do not communicate it on booking.com but they have some rooms with aircon which was important as it was 40 degrees in Germany. We love the gym, spa, pool. Staff is super nice and helpful. Room has a water-cooker and a big enough fridge.

Cons:

20 Euros per day for parking is totally inadequate if you stay in the hotel.

They only have big pillows. It would be better to do it like Hilton: have pillows of different sizes so that people like us who use slimmer pillows have what they need.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel
Pros:

Wir waren nur eine Nacht da. Das Hotel macht einen sehr angenehmen Eindruck und
ist sehr komfortabel. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Stadtzentrum und doch ist es angenehm ruhig gelegen. Zudem gibt es ausreichend öffentliche Parkplätze direkt am Hotel.

Cons:

Es war alles Top! Nichts zu bemängeln.

Excellent place with great value for money and friendly staff
Pros:

The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and offered good value for money. The location was convenient. Check-in was smooth, and everything I needed for a pleasant stay was available. Overall, I had a very good experience and would consider staying here again.

Zusatzleistungen sind total überteuert.
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. In fünf Minuten ist man zu Fuss in der Stadt.

Cons:

Der Preis für das Frühstück ist mit 23 € /Person total überteuert. Gleiches gilt für den Parkplatz. 20 € /Tag für einen Parkplatz unter Bäumen. Nach drei Tagen war mein Wagen voller Blätter und kleinen Ästen. Für einen Besuch im Spa Bereich muss man zusätzlich 10 € / Besuch bezahlen. Das elektronische Zimmer-Schloss ließ sich erst nach dem 3./ 4. Versuch öffnen.

phantastisch, ich komme wieder
Pros:

besonders der SPA , der Pool, das grosse, ruhige zimmer. Das sehr freundliche Personal, die Lage direkt mit Blick auf die Bäume und den Kurpark.
