Family vacation
Pros:

Very clean, nice staff, pool was nice, room was big and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was really good too.

Cons:

They need more than 1 person running the breakfast buffet area. The one person they had couldn't keep up with keeping it stocked. She was a little rude at times but I think it was because she was tired.

Everything only thing I can say is I was suppose to be getting a credit for my room of my prior stay of another stay and booking once again did not stand by there word

We were really pleased with our stay and will be back next year!
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was a bonus! We were so excited to enjoy it. Location was awesome, restaurants and shopping all around and it was a safe and nice area.

Cons:

Hot tub was out of order without informing us before our trip or letting us know at the front desk when we checked in. The people above us were obnoxious and loud all through the night into the morning.

Big Room, Cold AC, Functional Bath and Kitchen but need better mattress and pillows and linens

Suite is nice, I booked 2 Queen Beds but got 1 King Bed. Big Bathroom, Nice Kitchen with dishes. Microwave worked, Fridge was cold. Furniture a little dated but plenty of it, nice desk, everything comfortable. AC went down to 60 at night which was great but the bed was bouncy and the pillows were lumpy and terrible. Fix the bed and linens and you have an Excellent Property.

Great location, even better accommodations!
Pros:

The property was so close to restaurants and shopping, but tucked away in a quiet area. The suite was large and super comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Will definitely stay here again!
