Pros:

Love the location as it is convenient and tucked away from busy roadways. Room was exceptionally clean.

Cons:

I had requested a lower floor room due to mobility issues but apparently this was not taken into consideration as we were put into a room on the 3rd floor. Also the noise from other guests was very disturbing (doors closing, toilets flushing, etc.)

Pros:

The staff in lobby was great, both upon arrival and departure. The person on duty the morning of july 3rd was awesome, I asked his name but now can't recall. The room was excellent for the value, and very comfortable. Just a great stay overall and for the price, what a value! The breakfast buffet was very good, and we felt bad becaue we witnessed such abuse of the buffet but the hotel was acceptive of it, very kind.

Pros:

The front desk staff was friendly and the location was nice

Cons:

The bed wasnt too comfortable. I woke up with my enrire body aching. The property may want to try more of a neutral firmness re: mattressess, not too firm or soft.

My stay is fair, but sadly I can't recommend it to friends.
Pros:

Breakfast is decent. We were greeted well when we arrived.

Cons:

When we got to the room, the door knob had a problem, had to come back down and I was told that it does have a problem, instead of down I have to pull up the knob instead.
The lamp switch on the office table is not working, a couple of the coffee cup was not thoroughly cleaned, coffee maker was not dripping even though it turns on, the toilet clogged at around 8AM, reported it to the front desk and no one ever came to fix it until we checked out at 11 AM and lastly, shower floor mat is slippery, could be dangerous for those not careful stepping in.
