Buena ubicación, habitación sucia. No regreso

El área donde está ubicado el hotel es tranquilo. Buena atención por parte de los recepcionistas.

Cons:

La habitación estaba sucia. La alfombra se sentía pegajosa. Se nota que solo aspiran por donde pasan las personas. Detrás de la mesita de noche había comida caída vieja. Y detrás de los muebles había polvo acumulado. Mi sábana estaba manchada, parecía mal lavada. El desayuno estaba ok.

Refusal & the Blame Game

The room size

Cons:

The extra money charged after already giving a $250 deposit for damage deposit and incidentals. The facility once I arrived wanted another credit card for an additional $50. Which I didnt have on me. Therefore they refused to give me my room after I had prepaid and gave the $250 deposit and credit card info. The staff didnt know what to do and when a manager was called on the phone (there was a sign that stated Manager on Duty, yet no one was there) because they left at 3pm, I was told no, they wouldnt give me my room or refund my money. Blamed it on Booking.cim

The staff was horrible to check in with I was double charged and it took us 45 minutes to check in with one person. And as soon as we got to our room the lady called me at midnight asking me for my address.

Swimming did not look feasible to the amount of customers who came to stay. Too small and the hot pool was closed (unacceptable). We did not get any extra blanket even when requested.

Won't stay there again for 485.00 a night
Pros:

It was good, disappointed at no bar or actual restaurant

Cons:

Non English speaking staff, noise from housekeeping over my room at 9am, waiting to get a receipt at time of departure. My request for late call out was approved when I made my reservation, then it was changed .
