L'accueil aimable, le parking avec le très aimable Monsieur Santo. L'accès proche du centre-ville.

Не можем сравнивать с другими отелями в Катании, но если бы пришлось снова побывать там, то несомненно снова выбрали бы
Pros:

Добротный отель, классический стиль и отличный сервис, все уютно и традиционно.
Отличный завтрак. Парковка - без проблем с помощью персонала гостиницы.
Шагать до кафедральной площади минут 15.

Nous étions hors saison, c’est un hôtel qui correct mais pas pour un séjour de rêve.
Pros:

L’emplacement est top mais les déchet devant l’hôtel qui est sensé être un quatre étoiles ne sont pas très accueillants.

Cons:

Le service du ménage qui rentre deux fois dans la chambre à 8h30 et 9h30 malgré le signe « ne pas déranger » bien affiché sur la porte.

Pros:

Nicely renovated in an old property

Cons:

Quiet for a large hotel - so lacking atmosphere. We were there in low season so May improve in busier periods.

Un séjour gâché par manque insonorisation des chambres
Pros:

Le personnel très agréable
La proximité du centre-ville à pied
Le service de parking avec voiturier

Cons:

Insonorisation inexistante on entend la tv de la chambre à côté et la personne au téléphone obligé de dormir avec de bouchons d’oreille
Beaucoup de bruit dans le couloir avec une porte de chambre qui laisse passer la lumière et les bruits
La décoration dans les chambres pas au goût du jour
