Clean hotel
Charing £12 parking as I booked through booking.com on top of £150 room only rate is poor. Seemingly if I booked directly it’s free. Well don’t use booking.com if you’re going to punish the customer.
Room was spacious and had everything you would expect in a hotel. The milk and water station on each floor was an excellent feature. Didn't use the spa or restaurant so can't comment on them. Breakfast was excellent.
I should have booked the spa so that I could go swimming.
Average hotel
Repeatedly no-one on reception. Had to ask to turn down music in corridor at 12.30am. Woke up by bin men at 6am. Gym and parking extra costs. I've had better in London at this price.
What a lovely stay from start to finish! Check-in was quick, easy, and we were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.
We enjoyed a really tasty lunch before spending some time relaxing by the pool and soaking up the sunshine outside. The drag bingo was the highlight of our visit—such a fun event with a fantastic atmosphere, and our whole group had an amazing time. The food was delicious, and everything was well organised.
A special thank you to Lewis and Clive for their excellent service. They were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience.

What a brilliant stay! From the moment we arrived, everything got off to a great start with a quick and friendly check-in. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed.
We enjoyed a delicious lunch before relaxing by the pool and making the most of the sunshine. Then came the highlight of the day—drag bingo! It was absolutely hilarious, full of laughs, great entertainment, and a fantastic atmosphere. Our group had such a fun time, and the food served during the event was excellent too.
A huge thank you to Lewis and Clive for looking after us so well. Clive even went out of his way to arrange some chicken nuggets for me, which was really appreciated! Their friendly, attentive service really helped make our stay extra special.
A special mention also goes to the young lad working behind the late bar, who was fantastic all evening—friendly, efficient, and always smiling. To be honest, every member of staff we met was welcoming, helpful, and a real credit to the hotel.
We left with lots of laughs, great memories, and were already talking about coming back. We'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for delicious food, brilliant entertainment, and outstanding customer service. Thank you to the whole team for such a fun and memorable stay!
Its location and the very friendly and helpful staff . The spa treatment was excellent . The evening meals were excellent .
Breakfast if cooked separately was excellent, food that sat under heat lamps was hardly warm at best , eggs were solid and cold . But again lovely Service .

Sadly we were disappointed with our Spa Massage treatments possibly due to inexperienced staff (& we've all gotta start somewhere) ... might be an idea for pricing to reflect staff abilities/experience

We had an excellent stay at Thorpe Park, everything and all the staff are great.
The bar and restaurant are both very good as was the Spa Pool.
Stayed here on Saturday 27th ,we were a party of 10 but unfortunate one of our party was taken ill and we cant praise the staff enough they went above and beyond. Dan and a lady from the spa couldn't do enough (also thankyou to the 2 retired nurses also brillant) We then went on to have a great night at drag bingo also with a lovely meal would highly recommend!!
