The staff were brilliant & they are a credit to the hotel. Jake bhind the bar was so polite & helpful her went above & beyond. The food was fabulous & on our last night Micheal attended to all our needs in the restaurant, serving 6 of us & he ensured that we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. The room was lovely, comfortable beds & fresh milk available for tea & coffee in china mugs, honestly made our stay even more enjoyable.
Prawn cocktail as a starter. The sauce was too sweet & we did not enjoy it. However the prawn cocktail sandwiches were fabulous.
Beautiful hotel, staff were great, spa facilities were lovely and breakfast was excellent. Room facilities great, coffee machine and fresh milk

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Staff were extremely friendly and professional. Hotel room was spotless, well equipped. Spa and facilities were brilliant. Food was fantastic and I wish I booked to stay longer.

Excellent choice of food for breakfast... spacious room with a really comfortable beds. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant staff. Loved the big mugs and fresh milk on tap too... better than those silly little cartons!
Would have loved to have more plug sockets and / or usb ports for phones and laptops... especially near the beds!

Spa amenities
Hair all over bathroom and lack of communication, physically cannot get through to anyone at hotel. Even booking.com tried multiple times.
We have been coming to Thorpe Park since you opened and it was nice to Michael still working in the restaurant, it’s a shame that you have stopped serving individual breakfast as buffet breakfast are never as good, all the staff were very nice.
Well, I remembered why we haven’t been for a while, the constant banging of bedroom doors and people in dressing gowns wandering around the bar area, we noticed that you have tried to stop this with the new pool terrace but it seems there’s always a few to spoil it. The other thing was the colour of the settees near the dining room, they are filthy with what looks like to be spilled drinks all over them.
