Convenient location and peaceful
Pros:

Situated in a quiet street about 10-15 minute walk into town. The garden is pretty and the garden outside the rooms is tranquil. Parking is super easy in a wide street 30 seconds walk from the hotel. They gave us some amazing restaurant recommendations.

Cons:

Room was a little dark and cool in March and the gas fire did not work although they gave us an electric fire to use.

Fantástico fin de semana en Bilbao en un hotel TOP
Pros:

La comodidad de la habitación
Baños equipados completamente, estupenda ducha y accesorios de higiene, albornoz y zapatillas.
Detalle de perfume y bombones
Decoración de todo el hotel esculturas y pinturas
Paraguas por si acaso
Ubicación excelente
Vistas desde la 7a planta
No usamos el restaurante, bar y cafetería ni el servicio de habitaciones, pero la posibilidad de tener todos esos servicios a disposición es excepcional.

Na pewno warto tu wrócić będąc w Bilbao
Pros:

Wspaniała lokalizacja: pyszne śniadania na tarasie z widokiem na Muzeum Guggenheima - bufet plus wybór ciepłych dań z karty. Nadzwyczajnie miła obsługa: szczególnie wyróżniająca się podczas śniadań, ale również w recepcji i panie sprzątające. Hotel bardzo elegancki, pełen dzieł sztuki, wieczorami ponowny serwis pokoju z pozostawieniem miłej niespodzianki. Dwa kroki od hotelu przystanek autobusu z i na lotnisko (co 15 minut, 15 minut jazdy). Cena za tak wysoką jakość była bardzo przystępna

Fantástico, pero siempre hay un espacio para crecer!
Pros:

La bienvenida, la atención del personal, el cuidado como que te reciben, pequeñas detalles en el número, terraza, y el cuidado con el que atendieron el coche.

Cons:

El inodoro estaba sucio. Se puede dejar todo al 99% limpio, pero ese 1% es lo más importante en el nivel de su hotel.

El personal de limpieza no puede equivocarse de número por la mañana. Una señora entró en mi habitación a las 9, interrumpiendo mi sueño. Acepté sus disculpas, pero es muy importante organizar este asunto de manera eficaz.

También deberían cambiar el sistema de tarjetas. En mi habitación había que poner dos a la vez. No es intuitivo y tuve que bajar a preguntar. Para un hotel de su nivel, cambiarlo supone un coste mínimo.

Lovely hotel. One of the nicest we have stayed in
Pros:

The location was excellent. Staff very helpful and attentive. Room spacious and comfortable. I was celebrating my 60th birthday and they brought me a cheesecake with a candle in it to my room with a card.

Cons:

The breakfast cost was too much so we ate elsewhere

Casi Perfecto!
Pros:

La ubicación inmejorable, el personal muy atento y amable, el hotel muy cómodo y muy bien cuidado

Cons:

Casi todo perfecto.
Dos matices… la limpieza de la ducha, un 8 solo porque me encontré pelos ajenos.
Y… lo de perder de vista mi coche (aparca coche) a mi, me cuesta, pero por como soy!

Personnel attentionné et disponible. Les chambres sont très bien équipées, propres et très jolies. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel. La vue sur le musée est un vrai plus. La localisation géographique est parfaite. Proche du centre, du métro, etc

Además de su ubicación privilegiada con una habitación casi sobre el Guggenheim, el hotel es comodismo y pleno de obras de arte de Mariscal . La cama y baño muy buenos, terraza fabulosa. La gente del hotel súper amables

Cons:

Nada m disgustó. Agregaría mejor carta al restaurant , con más opciones.

Hotel splendide face au Musée.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner buffet avec au choix un plat avec des oeufs fait à la commande. Le buffet propose salé, sucré, jus de fruit frais.
Rooftop qui donne sur le Musée Guggenheim, vue magique .
Localisation au bord du fleuve qui permet de prendre la promenade pour se rendre dans la vieille ville de Bilbao.

Cons:

rien. Tout est parfait.
