Great location
Pros:

The location was amazing, easy to get to and easy to get aroun to see the most "must see" buildings.

Cons:

The rrom was a bit dark with only a small window and could hardly see the sky. The food at the top floor restaurant was poor and got no excusses when we complained.

Great place to experience Bilbao from.
Pros:

Great location directly across the road from the Guggenheim. Very tastefully decorated and with very comfortable large bedrooms. Staff were excellent and very helpful in every way.

Når du har spist morgen buffet på tagterrassen, så vil du forstå hvad jeg mener med at det er et fantastisk Hotel😉
Pros:

Jeg har lavet mange anmeldelser på 3, 4 og 5 stjernet hoteller og rejser verden rundt. Hotellet her er i den absolutte topklasse af Hoteller i kategorien “Til at betale”. For det var faktisk overraskende billigt I forhold til service og kvalitet. Det var mit første besøg i Bilbao, men ikke mit sidste.

Very nice hotel.
Pros:

Great location, large room and bathroom, very spacious, lovely views of the museum.Also quiet in the evenings and at night considering the location. Very friendly staff.

Cons:

Beds were a bit too firm for my taste, but others may like a firm mattress. Only one breakfast tea bag the rest herbal. Not enough breakfast teabags for one room or milk for coffee. The carpet looked a little worn in places.
