Excellent in every respect.
Pros:

Stylishly decorated, very clean and comfortable, loved the cocktail and terrace bars, exceptionally helpful staff, smelled wonderful.
Can’t say enough good things about the hotel!

Pros:

L'architecture , les tableaux , le roof top avec la vue sur le Guggenheim.Il ya un parking ce qui est très commode.
le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux

Cons:

La temps pour récupérer la voiture.Nous n' avons pas eu de chance avec la recommandation d'un restaurant par le concierge.Restaurant très cher et prétentieux

Ideal Bilbao hotel
Pros:

The location was perfect to enjoy Bilbao city, the Guggenheim. Excellent restaurants in the neighborhood as well as in the hotel, itself. The staff were very helpful with every question, whether it was for support services or recommendations.

Cons:

The only thing we didn't like was the hotel was not able to receive support from local police authorities to prevent youth disturbances during overnight hours.
