Réveillon à Bilbao
Pros:

Hôtel très bien passé en face du musée Guggenheim et proche du centre-ville.
Attention si on vous mentionne chambre intérieure c'est dans une cour intérieure fermée.
Superbe terrasse et petit déjeuner en rooftop de bonne qualité.
Repas de réveillon à l'hôtel de bonne qualité.

Cons:

Le spa était fermé et aucun avertissement à ce sujet.
Chambre donnée sur la cour intérieure il ne faut pas être claustrophobe.

Hervorragendes Hotel mit viel Komfort und erstklassigem Service
Pros:

Wir haben im The Artist Grand übernachtet und ein Premium Doppelzimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer war gross, sehr geräumig und ausgesprochen ruhig. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls grosszügig gestaltet, verfügt über Tageslicht und wirkt insgesamt sehr angenehm.

Die Aussicht auf das Museum ist ein echtes Highlight und verleiht dem Aufenthalt eine besondere Atmosphäre. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, was den hochwertigen Eindruck zusätzlich verstärkt.

Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam, und der Parkservice mit Valet funktionierte hervorragend , schnell, unkompliziert und sehr komfortabel.

Insgesamt ein sehr gelungenes Hotelerlebnis, das wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen würden.
