Pros:

The Guggenheim Museum literally only a couple of steps away the location of the hotel is perfect for art lovers and to discover the city center on foot. The interior of the hotel is also a little art gallery itself decorated with tastefully selected works. Staff is very friendly and genuinely helpful giving their best in making your stay worthwile. I especially loved having breakfast on the Rooftop: lovely buffet with a wonderful sight on the Museum across.

빌바오에 방문할 예정이라면 이 호텔이 최적이지 않을까 싶다. 위치도 좋지만 무엇보다도 직원들의 손님을 대하는 자세가 5성급 호텔로서 완벽하게 갖춰져 있다. 1층의 식당도 돌아다니다 피곤하면 여기서 먹어도 충분히 만족할수 있다. 다만 굳이 조식을 35유로나 주고 먹을필요가 있을까? 그만한 가치는 없다. 식당의 뷰는 최고지만

à côté du musée Guggenheim, ce qui nous a permis d'en faire une partie de la visite le matin, et l'autre l'après-midi, appréciable vu le peu de possibilité de s'assoir dans le musée.

Magnifique lieu de villégiature pour découvrir la culture de Bilbao.
Pros:

La localisation en face du Guggenheim et l'ensemble de la ville et ses boutiques accessibles à pied. La gentillesse de tout le personnel. La qualité des prestations. Le calme de l'hôtel.

Cons:

L'accès limité de la ville en voiture en lien avec ses caractéristiques de pollution. Je n'ai pas été alerté sur le sujet lors de la réservation et il a fallu en catastrophe trouver le site adéquat pour formuler la demande d'accès à la ville et éviter de prendre un PV. Le procédure n'est pas très explicite et facile à remplir sur la fin du parcours en voiture sur l'autoroute... Un petit warning sur ces sujets, car de nombreuses villes sont dans ce cas, serai le bienvenu.

Everything was really perfect. Except the last minutes in the hotel. Ať the reception. I asked about the glass of water and the receptionist told me to go to the restaurant. And I need twice to call a taxi.
