Great staff, great location outside the Guggenheim
Pros:

Definitely one of the most professional check-in experiences I have witnessed “Isaack” was a delight he was welcoming, helpful and informative throughout our stay. We would definitely return to this hotel!

Pros:

Beautifully appointed hotel right opposite the Guggenheim. 20min walk to the old town where there are loads of restaurants. The hotel was luxurious with some amazing art features like the clock.

Cons:

Cost of breakfast was 35 euros each so we went elsewhere.

Very good quality hotel at a great location!
Pros:

Second time we stayed in the hotel. Lovely rooms, really friendly staff, rooftop bar with amazing view on the Guggenheim, nice restaurant, valet parking, good airco.
