Très bon déjeuner et une employée à l'accueil nous à accueillie en français.

Cons:

Très mal insonorisé ont entendait les voisins jusqu'à 3h am les gens sont malpropres ils laissaient traîner tout plein de vidanges à terre un peu partout dans l'hôtel.

They were considerate when they saw that we were not happy with being placed on the 3rd floor with the young hockey team of kids running up and down the hallway..rectified by putting us on the 4th floor that was quiet and upgraded our room which was thoughtful

Good spot to stay after a Senators game
Pros:

It took as roughly an hour to reach the hotel after leaving the game (though that was 55 minutes in the car park and only 5 minutes to the Marriott!).
We were very happy with every aspect of our stay…except the breakfast. At one point they were out of glasses, bread/bagels, waffle mix, milk and spoons.
Breakfast aside, we had a great night stay.

Pros:

Great location, a short walk to the Canadian Tire Centre. The breakfast was really good to but you need to eat between 6-9am.

Cons:

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Was pretty much exactly what we were expecting and were not dispapointed.

Enfants très bruyants qui nous empêchent de dormir, cour cris et donnent des coups sur les murs dans le corridor jusqu'à 2h du matin!!! ils avaient des parties d'hockey vendredi et samedi soir pauvre nous... insupportable !!

Friendly staff. The breakfast was simple but adequate, met our expectations. We chose this hotel so that we could walk to the NHL game but we found that it was quite a good location for shopping and restaurants as well.

Cons:

Nothing we didn’t like. For the price and location, it delivered what we expected.

Wonderful Stay!
Pros:

From check in to check out, all staff was excellent! Room was perfectly clean. Yard was plowed and salted as there was a snow storm. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and shower was large. We had 1 king bed so had chairs and desk space in our room. The only negatives are hard to change and they are noise levels. We could hear hallway noise and there were hockey teams making lots of noise. One team was respectful of other guests but the other team was not. Staff did try to make sure other guests were not bothered as well as they could. I would recommend this hotel it is close to the NHL Arena and other things too.
