Friendly, clean and helpful staff members.
Pros:

From check in to check out, staff helped a lot and were very friendly they explained everything

Cons:

There was some chaos during breakfast, but I believe it was due to long weekend rush but the hotel team were working very hard.

Horrible, lots of improvement scope in breakfast , tea and rooms

Nothing, it’s a small facility with a very small suite. We booked for four people and could hardly sleep

Cons:

The rooms are small , the breakfast was sub standard, the eating area was all wet and my daughter even fell down during breakfast because it was so wet, the breakfast area was exceptionally small and half of the food was finished by the time we reached . There was no yoghurt, eggs or fruits when we reached for breakfast. The tables in the breakfast room were shaky and very uncomfortable. There were not even any body lotions in the room.

Piscine très froide , petit déjeuner très limité, nourriture non disponible, une seule employée qui courrait partout ! L’hygiène reste à désirer ! Très dommage le prix est assez haut pour ce que j’ai eu !
