There was a pool; however, it was closed, so you couldn't use it. There was a little park about 5 minutes from the hotel, which was really nice.
The deadbolt on our door didn't work at all. The lock didn't seem to line up with the side of the door. They only put 2 full sized towels in a room that could fit 4 people.
The shower pressure.
No breakfast due to “renovations”

Reserved the hotel for my kids to go swimming and the pool was closed the hall ways smelled like a old apartment building with people cooking, food breakfast was cereal or a muffin linens were stained
Bed was actually comfy and actual room was fairly clean but a bit old and tattered

Pool closed (main reason we booked this hotel vs other), had a sign saying closed for season
No coffee at breakfast and it said included breakfast but v poor unless you want fruit loops
Hallways dirty - looked not vacuumed in days.
Homeless people in woods nearby and a night club or something next door noisy on a Saturday night!
I do not recommend
I stayed at room 303 and there was leftover food in the fridge. Trash on the floor. Hair in the tub. No hand soap! No hairdryer! They only served packaged muffins and orange juice/coffee.
The restaurant across the street el ranch o was the highlight.
Hotter is outdated, housekeeping is terrible.
Bathtub didn't drain fast enough; it filled up as I was taking a shower which was terrible
Breakfast items were not replenished; Went down for breakfast around 7:30am and most breakfast items were out. Breakfast time ends at 9am
The bed was nice and comfy, and they were clean washcloths and towels, and soap in the dispensers
The door didn’t shut properly the TV service they had was horrible because the TV glitched most of the days that I was there not being operable. It was Hair all in the shower before I could shower when I had concerns there was never anyone at the front desk. Even when I checked in, I had to find the person who was responsible for checking me in.
Location was great. Staff vert pleasant.
Bed partially off base.. No liners in cans. Just felt wrong especially if some nasty needs to go in can. No soap what so ever in room. Not at sink,or shower. (Lucky I carry some). Cups for coffee not stocked, just plastic for cold drinks. Found things on floor not from us. Also being mobility room very small with a hump in middle of floor by desk.
On breakfast and the floors was dirty.
Check-in was smooth, the room and bedding were clean, and the attendant provided plenty of towels for the kids.
One toiletry dispenser needed a refill, and the breakfast was mostly grab-and-go items, which was disappointing.
