La cama y la limpieza
El servicio y la calidad. No es normal que pidas un par de almohadas cuando vienes de un viaje de 600kms y en vez de subirlas me las entreguen a mi para que las suba junto con mi maleta. No funcionaba el. Wifi y también me dijeron que bajase a enseñarme cómo meter la contraseña , les dije que ya estaba en pijama y me dijeron que no podían subir. Era un problema de sus contraseñas no que yo no supiera ponerlas. La atención y el servicio no están a la altura de un 4 estrellas. Se cuela el aire por las ventanas. La calefacción hace un ruido que no se puede ni dormir. Hemos tenido que apagarla

Cama almohadas finisimas y la ventana no cerraba del todo se escuchaba el zumbido del viento.

Sin un triste enchufe alrededor de la cama para poder cargar un móvil, debí buscarlo en el baño... ¿?

La habitación estaba súper limpia y la cama era súper cómoda y muy grande. El baño también era muy amplio y con todo lo necesario. En general la habitación maravillosa
El desayuno no nos gusto nada, muy poca variedad, tardaban mucho en reponer y la calidad de los productos era bastante baja. Además había tanta gente (era pronto) y tan poco staff que no había ninguna organización ni limpieza. También se echaban en falta enchuges cerca de la cama, solo había uno bastante lejos que ni si quiera llegaba el cable a la mesilla
Ubicación y Trato del personal
Que en las camas había insectos por falta de desinfectar y de limpieza nos dimos cuanta a la mañana porque nos picaba el cuerpo hicimos video y fotos y se lo dijimos a la chica de recepción
No pusimos reclamación porque teníamos bastante prisa ya que teníamos un viaje programado
La cama era enorme
todo general muy bien
la maquina de cafe de recepcion podria ser gratis poder tomarse un cafetito o al menos no tan caro
