El servicio y la calidad. No es normal que pidas un par de almohadas cuando vienes de un viaje de 600kms y en vez de subirlas me las entreguen a mi para que las suba junto con mi maleta. No funcionaba el. Wifi y también me dijeron que bajase a enseñarme cómo meter la contraseña , les dije que ya estaba en pijama y me dijeron que no podían subir. Era un problema de sus contraseñas no que yo no supiera ponerlas. La atención y el servicio no están a la altura de un 4 estrellas. Se cuela el aire por las ventanas. La calefacción hace un ruido que no se puede ni dormir. Hemos tenido que apagarla
