Pros:

ポポロ広場のすぐ近くにあり、バチカンまでも徒歩圏内です。夜は出歩いていませんが、昼間は明るく、治安の良さを感じました。ポポロ広場にはタクシーもたくさんあり、タクシーで観光に行くことも簡単にできます。ホテルの部屋や廊下には絵画があり、イタリアらしさを感じました。エレベーターの使い方は少し特殊で、一度2階に上がってから、別のエレベーターに乗り換える必要があります。
空港に到着した時から非常に体調が悪く、ローマ滞在中は病院とホテルの往復になってしまいましたが、タクシーの手配や延泊の申し出を、快く引き受けてくださいました。スタッフの方々は皆さん優しかったです。また泊まりたいホテルです :)

Sadly only one night due to having a following reservation already booked but if we hadn’t then would have stayed longer

Great hotel in an amazing city!
Pros:

The charm, decor and location are excellent.

Staff are extremely pleasant and professional and very helpful

Beds were very comfortable and nice selection of toiletries provided.

Nice breakfast choices if a little expensive at 20E pp (if not included in stay).

Cons:

Room was very small and not enough hanging space/hangers for clothes (3 hangers between 2 of us).

Room temperature a little uncomfortable as was very warm and despite turning heat down, was still too warm. Outside temperatures were 20 degrees.

No kettle or hot drink making facilities in the room. Was able to bring hot drink up from the bar though.

Pros:

Το πρωινό ήταν εξαιρετικό με ποικιλία σε αλμυρά και γλυκά.
Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε απόσταση αναπνοής από την piazza del popollo

Cons:

Το μόνο που έχω να επισημάνω είναι ότι η ντουζιέρα είναι πάρα πολύ μικρή.

Pros:

The building was really nice. The room was a bit small but with a good sized bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast tasty and abundant. Position great as it is super close to a tube station and 10 Min walking to the Spanish Steps. However, the selling point of this place is the staff: very kind and professional and keen to make you happy. I really liked it!

the staff are exceptional and nothing is too much trouble. the room is very clean and the whole hotel has a luxurious feel without being pretentious. the location is very good with bars restaurants and supermarkets close by

Convenient location, lovely staff and good breakfast
Pros:

Our room was located on the 6th floor and was very comfortable with everything we needed. The breakfast provided was very good and the hotel is easy to get to linked by the metro and buses. The metro stop 'Flaminio' is only a few minutes walk from the hotel. We liked the area because it wasn't as busy as the centre of Rome is.

Cons:

Although our room was perfect in every other way, it was very small. The bathroom was also small. We would like to stay here again when in Rome but will request a larger room.

Fabulous birthday break
Pros:

Had a fabulous five night stay in the River Palace Hotel. All the staff were welcoming friendly and very helpful. In particular Greta and the rest of the front of house team. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also the location of the hotel made it perfect to see the sights. A great place to stay
