Crappy at best. Will not be rebooking ever again

The rooms weren’t clean, staff didn’t clean the room, no one spoke English, they charged me for having a service dog, and all the drugs that were being taken out in the open and no one did a thing to stop it

Do Not Stay Here Go Elsewhere

They charge a non-refundable $50 fee for our dog! This is not posted anywhere on their website! The room was filthy, sticky floors, we had to call the front desk because one of the beds was dirty with sand in it. The mattress cover was stained with blood. The bathtub had rust all over it. The toilet had an actual crack in the bowl. We found cigarette butts in our non-smoking room. The air conditioner wasn't working so it was damp and smelled like mildew in our room. So gross!!!

Pros:

I thought it was closer to the beach and the description said beach access but there wasn't any. Also the fold out couch was dirty and the sheets had a pee stain it looked like to me.

My room wasn't swept/mopped, my floor was really sandy and dirty that it made our feet black walking on it, I had to clean the floor myself
