Nice location friendly staff comfy beds nice hot tub but very dirty and pest control issue amenities areas not well kept

Hot tub was amazing staff was friendly the night guy beds were comfy rooms were cold perfect temp

Cons:

Very dirty, roach was in our bathroom tub was very dirty towels were also very dirty when I got into the bed I felt dirt or some Debra in the sheets

Pros:

All was wonderful. The rooms are always so clean. I believe this was our third time of staying there and just love it. The price and staff are just awesome. Great locations as well.

Very enjoyable stay and very accommodating and friendly staff.
Pros:

It was close to the beach and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was also nice to have a place near the fish cleaning station to wash off the sand after a day at the beach. The staff were very quick to respond in replacing our TV and to fix the lock on the bathroom door. The breakfast was very good. The chairs outside our room were so relaxing.

Cons:

The floors felt sandy even when we first arrived.

Pros:

Stay here every time the wife and I come to Port Aransas. Very spacious rooms and dogs like the place as well

Cons:

This time we had crancky old lady staying next to us complaining about one of our dogs barking. Well if you're standing in front of the door talking it up the dog is going to bark cuz he hears your dumbass. Didn't ruiny vacation tho

The room was not clean, there was a cockroach in the bathroom and the staff I interacted with were very rude and had attitudes. The AC was making a horrific noise when running but staff wouldn’t come into check it because of my 2 small kennels dogs even though the facility is pet friendly and when we asked them to come while we were in the room they still would not, we also had to request sheets and blankets and change our bed linens ourself because again a supposed pet friendly facility but would not enter the room with our dogs in there even though we were also in the room
