No shops nearby, many of the outlets in the room didn’t work. Towels had yellow stains. Room carpet was missing a piece. Some of the machines in the gym were out of service. Bathroom in the gym didn’t work. Phone to call reception didn’t work. A/C was not working.

Air conditioning was poor and our room started hot because of a jammed balcony door. Staff provided ice and a fan but AC unit blows wind too slow.
