Cons:

El desayuno. Los huevos revueltos y la tortilla de patatas estaban cocidas demasiado. El recojo de la vajilla sin cuidado, dejando caer restos y con escasa comunicación con el huésped, especialmente niños.

Pros:

Location convenient to attend events at Metropolitano. (For city trips it’s too far from city center). Room was rather big, comfortable bed. Breakfast was average, but okay for the price.

Cons:

The mark up during events at Metropolitano is nothing short of rude and completely out of proportion seeing the standard of this hotel. This leaves a very bad aftertaste, wouldn’t choose this hotel again because of this.
Communication between staff members seems to be lacking. They wanted to charge me for breakfast I didn’t have.
