Pros:

Personal muy amable.
Pudimos hacer el check-in antes de tiempo.

Cons:

En su momento pudo ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, ahora no.

-El inodoro estaba suelto, al estar en el y moverte un poco, se despegaba del piso.

-Tenia restos de líquido de limpieza en la base del inodoro.

-En la mitad de una pared del baño tenia una toma para un conector RJ11 llena de polvo (los que se utilizaban para telf. fijos).

Se nota que le falta una renovación.

Muy buen hotel y buen servicio
Pros:

Las vistas de la habitación eran muy buenas. La tranquilidad dentro del hotel fue genial. La limpieza estaba muy bien también.

Cons:

Faltaba un cepillo de dientes ya que éramos dos personas y solo había uno.

La habitación muy bien para dos personas ya que fui con una amiga a pasar el fin de semana a Madrid.

Cons:

No puedo decir nada malo ya que solo lo use para ir a dormir y a ducharme ya que me pase todo el día afuera visitando Madrid

Foi uma excelente estadia.
Pros:

O café da manhã é muito bom. A localização não é tão boa, demora uns 40 minutos de metro até as principais atrações de Madrid. O quarto é muito bom, com cama confortável.

Cons:

Apenas uma observação, o banheiro possui banheira no estilo Europeu, o que pode ser dificultoso para idosos ou pessoas com limitações de movimentos. Nada que atrapalhe a estadia.
