كانت إقامتي في فندق Sercotel Alcalá 611 مخيبة للآمال للأسف، خصوصًا أننا كنا مجموعة كبيرة وحجزنا 6 غرف لـ12 شخصًا، وبالتالي كنا نتوقع مستوى أفضل من التنظيم والمتابعة والاهتمام بتفاصيل الإقامة.

عند الوصول، طُلب مني تقديم بطاقة ائتمانية كضمان، رغم أن هذا الشرط لم يكن واضحًا عند الحجز. كما استغرق تسجيل الدخول وقتًا طويلًا، رغم أنني كنت قد أرسلت مسبقًا جميع معلومات النزلاء، ومع ذلك طُلبت منا المعلومات مرة أخرى.

بعد الوصول إلى الغرف، فوجئنا بأن البار فارغ تمامًا، فلا توجد مياه ولا مشروبات، كما لا توجد غلاية لتحضير الشاي أو القهوة.

والأكثر إزعاجًا أننا توجهنا إلى الاستقبال مرتين للشكاية والاستفسار عن هذه الأمور، كما طلبنا توفير وسادة إضافية، لكن لم تتم الاستجابة لطلباتنا ولم نحصل على أي متابعة.

أما الإفطار، فكان مخيبًا للآمال جدًا مقارنة بالسعر. التنوع كان محدودًا جدًا، وكنت أتوقع خيارات وجودة أفضل بالنظر إلى قيمة الإقامة ومستوى الفندق.

والجدير بالذكر أننا سبق أن حجزنا في هذا الفندق 10 غرف لـ20 شخصًا، ولذلك كنا نتوقع هذه المرة، مع حجز 6 غرف لـ12 شخصًا، أن يتم التعامل معنا بشكل أفضل وأن تكون هناك متابعة أكثر دقة لكل تفاصيل إقامتنا، خصوصًا وأن الأمر يتعلق بحجز جماعي.

الموقع جيد، ولكن للأسف مستوى الخدمة والتنظيم والاستجابة لطلبات النزلاء لم يكن في مستوى توقعاتنا. أتمنى أن تأخذ الإدارة هذه الملاحظات بجدية وأن تعمل على تحسين تجربة النزلاء مستقبلًا.
My stay at Sercotel Alcalá 611 was unfortunately disappointing, especially considering that we were a group of 12 people staying in 6 rooms. For a group booking of this size, we expected better organization, attention to detail, and follow-up from the hotel.

Upon arrival, I was asked to provide a credit card as a guarantee, although this requirement had not been mentioned or requested during the booking process. The check-in process also took quite a long time, even though I had already sent all the guests' information in advance. Despite this, we were asked to provide the same information again.

When we entered the rooms, we found that the minibar was completely empty.

طُلب منا تقديم بطاقة ائتمانية كضمان بعد وصولنا إلى الفندق، رغم أننا أتممنا الحجز دون أن يتم إبلاغنا بهذا الشرط مسبقًا، مما وضعنا في موقف محرج عند الوصول. والأمر غير مفهوم أكثر، لأن الغرفة لم تكن تحتوي على أي مشروبات أو مياه أو أي خدمة إضافية تستدعي تقديم بطاقة ضمان.
We were asked to provide a credit card as a guarantee only after arriving at the hotel, even though we had completed our booking without being informed of this requirement in advance. This put us in an uncomfortable and embarrassing situation upon arrival. What made it even more difficult to understand was that the room contained no drinks, water, or any additional services that would require a credit card guarantee.

Cons:

El personal de la terraza no muy cuidadoso con el trato a los huéspedes. Mi hicieron un sándwich de jamón y queso sin ganas, frio.

Second stay here, wonderful hotel that I highly recommend and will stay here again!
Pros:

Close to the airport, easy check in and very comfortable beds! The morning breakfast buffet is terrific complete with a coffee machine that makes lattes, cappuccinos and other specialty drinks at the push of a button!

Voy al IFEMA, entonces iré al Alcalá 611
Pros:

Un hotel cómodo cerca del IFEMA práctico, un poco más lejos del centro de Madrid. Las habitaciones son cómodas y sin ruido exterior, estupendo. Servicio piscina y bar muy bien. Recepción muy bien.

Pros:

Hotel muy tranquilo.
Pocos huéspedes y muy cómodo en cuanto a situación.
Mobiliario algo desgastado ya por el uso.
Ducha mejorable……

Cons:

Eche en falta un bar o cafetería interior. Solo hay una barra en la piscina, a modo de “chiringuito”, pero no tiene ningún barra o cafetería interior

Lady on check in and reception was so lovely and welcoming. I didn’t realise there was a pool when I booked it as I booked based on location to an event. So I didn’t pack swim wear. That’s why I can’t score the pool. I did eat from the poolside snack bar which was really good. Great food and drink and price! Again, staff were lovely and friendly. It has air con outside which has water mist spray at you which was very welcomed

Tea/coffee facilities in room and we only had 1 large towel between 2
