I liked how quick check in was and it was easy to split our reservation to pay. The room had a kitchenette for longer visits however we were only there overnight so we didn't use.
The beds were really uncomfortable. The drain amd cleanliness of the bathroom was not clean. The breakfast was not good either. It was packs oatmeal but no bowls to make it and like 3 oranges out and a few nutrigarin bars and couple yogurts in fridge there was no decaf selection for the coffee or tea and no cold beverages offered. There was vending machines which is where we purchased our breakfast. The elevators were broken. The parking lot filled up at night and was hard to find parking when we got back from going downtown for dinner. Would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

Bed bugs in bed and they were trying to deny it. I would not have uprooted my family at 10:30pm at night

The person at the front desk was really helpful and answered all our questions. She was really good at giving some local information we were curious about.
The one thing we didn’t like was that there were a lot of people loitering around the parking lot. I’m not sure if they were homeless or just loitering, but it was nerve wracking when getting back to the hotel late at night.
