Pros:

The staff, the room, the cleanilness of the room and lobby.

Cons:

Limited cookware. But thats not as big a deal as the parking lot. Loiterering, drug use, drug deals in the parking lot. Its sketchy, hotel cant be good alone, security of vehicles in the parking lot is a must.

Hotel agradable, cama comoda
Pros:

La habitación en general bien, cama y almohadas muy cómodas, personal amable. Me gustó lo de la cocina que tiene la habitación, para alguien que se pueda quedar por larga estadía.

Cons:

La cortina de la ventana deberían cambiarlas, deja pasar mucha luz, o quizá en mi habitación no tenía la otra para cubrir bien, porque parecía que eran 2, pero solo tenía 1

Cons:

Our heater didn't work and they came and changed it out and it still didn't work. They didn't offer to move us to another room. The whole side of our wing smelled like Marijuana and my daughter has asthma and we weren't able to sleep due to her breathing problem. We also told the front desk about that and still nothing. Sad for the money I paid for the room. Also no breakfast the next morning.

Successful and pleasant.
Pros:

The customer service was great all employees were super helpful and kind.

Cons:

Area felt like it was put right at the back of a junk yard but thankful there was nothing to worry about. We were safe the whole time. Also the breakfast was a grab and go which I didn’t expect.

If I ever find myself visiting Portland again, this hotel will be my first choice.
Pros:

The hotel was a good location for the places I intended to visit during my stay in Portland, being less than 20 minutes away. The value of the hotel is exceptional considering all that's included (free parking, free wifi, and a kitchenette) at such a low price.

Cons:

Checking in took a bit longer than I would have liked, though it was nothing egregious. The bed was firmer than what I'm used to sleeping on.

Cons:

My TV remote did not work. They had only one person covering the front desk. He was pleasant but didn't have time to help with my remote until later that night. The breakfast was poor. I think someone on the staff compromised my credit card after I checked in because fraudulent charges started after I used the card at this place. I gave my card to someone at the front desk and it was taken and used in a back room.

Place is good enough to come back
Pros:

The clean room and comfy beds and good security for your cars parked at the hotel. It was the cheapest option for me to stay at.

Cons:

Outside of the property too many homeless people on drugs not safe for kids or women to be out on their own. This is the biggest issue of this place unfortunately and it’s not the hotels fault but it does affect their surveys. Breakfast is not the best. It could be better
