Very clean, close to the airport, staff very helpful and friendly, happy hour from 5 to 630 including two cocktails was very nice. Breakfast included and included was made to order omelettes. Easy check-in and checkout.
Everything from the room, to the to the restaurant, to the lobby itself. This hotel blew me away. I couldn't have been more impressed.
The ONLY thing that disappointed me, and it's not a major thing, is the charge to park in the hotel lot. I feel that if we are paying to stay at the hotel, we shouldn't have to pay to park.

Het restaurant in het hotel was top! Het a la carte menu was heerlijk en het ontbijt was uitgebreid. Bovendien was de bediening heel vriendelijk en zorgzaam! Een zeer goede service!
De kamers waren ruim en de douche was top! De bedden lagen heerlijk. Het hotel ligt dichtbij het vliegveld. Wij hadden geen last van het geluid van de vliegtuigen. Het centrum van Toronto ligt op ongeveer twintig a dertig minuten rijden van het hotel.

Le qualité du personnel n'était pas au rendez-vous. Lors de notre arrivée le lit d'appoint (canapé-lit) n'était pas fait. Nous avons demandé à ce qu'une personne de l'hotel s'en charge & la réponse a été que nous devions le faire nous même avec les éléments (oreiller, drap, couverture) se trouvant dans un sac dans le placard. Nous avons dû refaire appel à la réception car il manquait un drap & la couverture était tachée. Nous avons pris notre dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel ou la qualité était vraiment médiocre & le comportement de la cheffe de rang décevant pour un établissement faisant partie de ce groupe.
