Pros:

Room was nice and clean. Comfortable stay, we only stayed for the night so nothing too much to say. The stay was nice very convenient for a layover. There's a churches chicken right in from the hotel, a lone start less than 5 minutes walk and Walmart about 15 minutes or less by car.

Cons:

there was nothing that wasn't to my liking. I was only here for a layover so about 20 hours but all was good for me.

A szoba nagyon jó volt. Az ágy kényelmes. A személyzet barátságos (különösen Chandrika az étteremben). A reggeli finom (Bár csúcsidőszakban volt, hogy elfogyott a villa vagy a gyümölcslé, de vártunk kicsit és pótolták).
A szálloda kisbusza folyamatosan elérhető a reptérre (még kora hajnalban is).
Ha Torontoba jövünk, először biztosan itt próbálok majd szállást foglalni.

Praktisch und preiswert für einen Aufenthalt in Toronto
Pros:

Es war eines der zahlreichen Airport-Hotels. Die Lage ist somit bekannt. Praktisch, für ein Hotel in Toronto günstig.
Aber logischerweise etwas weiter von Downtown Toronto entfernt und die Umgebung ist halt ein Gewerbegebiet. Bei der Buchung ist einem das bekannt.

Das Personal war in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Immer ansprechbar, auch wenn es oft voll und stark frequentiert war.

Definitiv das größte Plus des Hotels!

Praktisch war der regelmäßige Shuttlebus hin und zurück zum Flughafen, auch die Fahrer waren alle sehr nett.
Vom Flughafen erreicht man zügig die Innenstadt mit dem UP Express.

Cons:

Wir hatten eine sogenannte Suite für vier Personen gebucht (zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder von 11 und 15 Jahren).

Geeignet ist diese eher für ein Paar oder eine kleine Familie mit einem Kind.

Die Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich ist hochgradig unzureichend. Egal ob für Kinder, Jugendliche oder Erwachsene:
Ich habe in einem Hotelzimmer noch nie so unbequem geschlafen wie auf dieser Couch...😑
