Pros:

Value for money, cost was reasonable. It was exactly as advertised. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable, had a wonderful view of the airport. Very convenient to have TV in living area and bedroom. Appreciate the snacks/fruit for person with early flights. Restaurants are in walking distance. Highly recommend stay here. 👌

Reception staff were a let down
Pros:

I recently stayed at Embassy Suites and came away with mixed feelings about the experience.

The hotel’s location near the airport is undoubtedly its strongest feature. The complimentary shuttle service runs every 30 minutes, is easy to find, and takes only around five minutes to reach the hotel, making it very convenient for travellers.

However, there were several frustrations from the outset. Despite the parking garage being almost empty, guests are charged CAD 30 per night for parking. On arrival, the check-in system was down, so we were unable to access our room and had to leave our luggage in storage until the system was restored.

The lobby is modern, spacious, and comfortable, with attractive water features and plenty of seating. Our suite was equally impressive: clean, modern, and spacious, with a great view of the runway. The blackout blinds worked well, and the air conditioning was powerful, although it became quite noisy when the fan was running continuously.

Unfortunately, the problems continued once we reached our room. The fire alarm was emitting a constant low-battery warning beep. Attempts to contact housekeeping and reception by phone went unanswered, forcing us to return to reception in person to report the issue. It then took approximately 20 minutes for someone to arrive and replace the battery.

The room itself was well equipped with a safe, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, tea and coffee-making facilities, a fridge, and complimentary bottled water. Unfortunately, the fridge was not working on the first day, leaving the water warm. The USB charging ports were also outdated and unable to charge newer devices such as an iPhone 17.

The bathroom was spotless, with a powerful shower and good-quality towels. The bed was very comfortable, with soft pillows and clean, crisp bedding.

Breakfast was disappointing. The selection was limited and lacked variety.

Würde nicht nochmals gehen

Die Betten waren bequem.

Cons:

Länger schlafen als 7:30 war nicht möglich. Das Hotel war sehr ringhörig. Die Putzfrauen haben sich auf den Korridoren laut zugebrüllt und man hat jedes mal gehört als der Lift kam (Ton für die Erreichung der Etage).
Auch das mit dem Shuttel vom Flughafen zum Hotel war schwierig. Der Fahrer hielt kaum an und fuhr vorbei ohne richtig anzuhalten. Erst als wir beinahe auf die Strasse sprangen hielt er an und liess uns mitfahren.

Tæt ved lufthavnen. Sødt personale. Shuttlebus til lufthavnen, hvorfra man nemt kom til togstationen og derfra til centrum og Niagara Falls.

Will not ever set foot in that place again, way to tick someone off

Getting a much better service and smiles from staff at a competing establishment.

Cons:

The staff were very rude when their machines were malfunctioning and wouldn't accept my card, so I had to make other arrangements for the night - then they had the audacity to charge me for the room despite the counter staff telling me they cannot do this. A refund would likely be too much to ask....I am livid to be out of pocket for something that I did not use.

They also failed in their listing to mention anything about $150 incidentals charge.

For the record the machines worked perfectly fine at the competing establishment.

Watch out that they don't try and scam you as they have me.
