Beautiful Hotel
The staff was amazingly helpful and kind. The hotel had a great location, walkable everywhere, food was delicious the hotel staff made excellent recommendations. Rooms were nice, breakfast was wonderful would absolutely recommend to other travelers.
Overall easy stay & it was convenient for me due to the location of our meetings during the week. I wish there were water bottles in the room as I needed to purchase daily from the store down the street

Great hotel and service was perfection. Breakfast was lovely and included champagne! Guest rooms were spacious and bathroom offered plenty of counter space and terrific water pressure in shower.
Overall stay was very good. Very close to many things and easy access to transportation. On the downside, staff at the lobby aren’t very friendly, and the only bar that works is at the rooftop that it’s small and very busy.

We stayed at the hotel 3 days and 4 nights from the US. It was set right in the gothic quarter, which made exploring really easy. Walking distance to La Rambla and the pier/beach. We had noisy nights because we were on the first floor. Wont do that next time. The design of the toilet right next to the shower had our toilet paper wet or falling on the floor always. Poor design. Other than that, a nice stay. Front desk staff really wonderful. We added breakfast, which was nice each day. Gym was small but got the job done. Rooftop bar had a nice view, and the pool is a nice touch if you have kids.
Hotel muy bueno, con una terraza muy bonita buenos vinos y comida… excelente localización, al final del Barrio Gótico y del Born… muy buena opción de restaurantes , tapas y bares muy cerca a pie… se puede caminar a todas partes. Es una excelente opción para quedarse y visitar la alegre ciudad de Barcelona… sin duda repetiría mi estancia ahi
Best location in the quarter. Access to beach and quarter.
Staff friendliness is overrated; they were helpful, but not to the level of previous reviews. Breakfast foods that were supposed to be hot were always lukewarm to cold. Room cleaning crew were too anxious to get into cleaning room that they would come in even when you are still in the room.
Nice clean property, reception staff were excellent, very good breakfast. Would recommend.
Very happy with our stay here. Easily walkable to many sites and the beaches.
