Я обрала номер на місто. Ну як на місто. Виявилося на проїжджу частину. Де є все
І трамваї, і п'яні люди. Тож обирайте уважно.
Басейн є. Але басейн хороший для літа. Відпочити і поплавати в мене не вийшло. Вода прохолодна. Сауна виявилась платною. Але це зрозуміло в такі часи.

Empfehlenswert, ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war qualitativ sehr gut, die Lage ist optimal sowohl für Neustadt als auch für die Altstadt.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Gut war die Möglichkeit einen Parkplatz zu bekommen.

Cons:

An den Fenstern waren blickdichte Vorhänge, zum Schlafen ok, aber morgens und abends wären mir Gardinen angenehm gewesen.

If I will visit Dresden again this will be my first accommodation choice.
Pros:

The hotel has a quirky, eclectic vibe, filled with cool, unusual details. The staff was welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

The pool and gym areas felt less inviting compared to the rest of the property.

Pros:

Es ist locker und unkompliziert. Bunte Einrichtung, das finde ich gut.

Cons:

Leider ist der Saunabereich vor allem die Duschen sehr abgerockt und es wird auch nicht repariert. Ich komme regelmäßig seit Oktober aber bisher keine Besserung der Duschen. Das Dampfbad ist leider auch immer ausgeschaltet. Schade

Pros:

Der Empfang war super freundlich, Gepäckaufbewahrung bei vorfristiger Ankunft oder späterer Abreise unkompliziert möglich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, vor allem die vielen kleinen Leckereien in Gläschen verpackt. Wie schon von den letzten Aufenthalten gewohnt, stand für die Gäste wieder eine kostenlose Kaffee- und Snackbar in der Lobby bereit. Das Haus selber hat viel Charme durch die ausgefallene Deko, ein typisches Boutiquehotel eben. Es passt einfach gut in die Neustadt, die an Vielfalt von Jahr zu Jahr mehr zu bieten hat, vor allem in gastronomischer Hinsicht. Verkehrstechnisch kommt man mit der Straßenbahn unweit vom Hotel in alle Ecken von Dresden, zum Bahnhof Neustadt ist es zu Fuß ein etwas längerer Spaziergang. Für Autofahrer gibt es einen guten Stellplatz im Hinterhof.

Cons:

In der Sauna gab es Reparaturbedarf (Dusche) und beim Frühstück hätte ich mir etwas mehr Gemüse gewünscht. Ansonsten war alles perfekt.
