Great service. Very good morning breakfast. Appreciate service of both Corey and Sharon. Highly recommend Henderson Inn.
The water views and exceptionally friendly staff ! Breakfast was also beautiful
Excellent stay! The location was perfect - walkable to shops, restaurants, waterfront. Staff was amazing - every single staff person was so friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. I had to work a few hours and there was a nice desk in the room to do that. They have a breakfast and put out snacks in the afternoon. There is a nice outdoor sitting area. Really great stay. Highly recommend for anyone staying in Baltimore.
The entire hotel is wonderful as I am here on a long extended stay. To begin with, it's located right next to the Marina. Outside the entrance, you'll find a very quaint, historic and cozy area lined with cobblestone streets offering a few really good choice restaurants for dinner. The rooms are spacious, beautiful and well appointed. The bathroom has a tub and shower. The breakfast is great and served in the lobby every morning. Sharon and Marlene are both very attentive in making sure I have croissants each morning. The lobby also features a great coffee machine with a variety of coffees all day long. The lobby faces out to a courtyard - very pretty area (this morning a light snow was falling). The staff are extremely accommodating and very caring. I just want to thank Corey and Eric for making my reservations and Corey again for checking up with me while I am here. Alicia who is on staff overnight is also extremely attentive. Totally recommend this place on every level.
The continental breakfast was perfect way to start the day. The rooms were spacious and quiet.
The bed was a little firm for me, but otherwise was fine.
This is a lovely historic building and the hotel has embraced the charm of the building. The common areas were spacious, welcoming, and charming. The hotel staff very friendly. It was my 65th birthday so we chose the king room with the harbor view. That was a mistake. Although the room was charming, lovely, and spacious, all the rooms are on the first floor so you don't overlook the harbor, you look at the harbor and opening the shutters exposes you to passers by. Also, there is currently a chainlink construction fence between you and the harbor view...sigh. I asked to be moved but for some reason the city view king, which was cheaper on the Choice website, would cost $10 more to switch to...sigh. Speaking of cost, be sure to pay attention to the total cost when booking, there is about $100 in state, city, and hotel fees + parking. Be sure to ask about your complimentary cocktail since checkin didn't mention it at all until I asked. It was 5-6pm and very tasty. Also, I was under the impression you needed to pay for the continental breakfast but it was included and had a very nice selection of pastries, breads, and cereal. It is nicely located in Fells Point which is a very walkable area. Overall it was a nice stay.
Location was great Very clean and we were greeted by Santa clause when we checked in AKA Eric
Breakfast was skimpy Could have had hot grits pancakes etc
This is a lovely historic property right on the water. The views are absolutely fantastic and the hotel has real character. More importantly, all of the staff are wonderful and attentive. Shout out to Tara at the front desk for being a true star. She was so personable and inviting, she made us feel right at home during our check in process.
pretty location overlooking the marina, close to many fabulous restaurants and boutique shops. Warm welcome and extremely helpful friendly reception staff, Corey and Kristian were fabulous, hospitality is homely and friendly. coffee, cookies and happy hour cocktails were a very nice touch. Rooms are clean and have lovely amenities, special touches like the robes are a special added touch. Overall the experience day 1 has exceeded all expectations, looking forward to the rest of the stay
Great hotel. Right next to the water with beautiful views. Lots around us to do. Very cosy but upscale hotel. Love the reception area which was a nice place
For us to hang out together. Staff were so friendly and appreciate the extra care Kristian gave us. Happy hour was great. Our room is just the right size with a nice view. Would recommend.
Tara was an amazing help checking us in last minute, was super quick and simple, and she made sure we knew what was around the area!! The rooms were nice and clean
The front desk agent Tara was great and the harbor view from the room was beautiful.
The tv did not work and there was no one who could fix it during our stay.
