Check in was good. The staff at that point were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Pool was not available to use, door was locked. That is one of the main reasons I chose this place over others in the area and then didn't get to use it. Staff at checkout was not friendly or helpful.
Also beds weren't that comfortable and didn't like the half size pillows.

We Stay at Prime When in Poteau
Pros:

The room was clean. The complimentary breakfast was balanced with healthy fruit, eggs, (boiled and scrambled patties), yogurt, milk, and juice. Sugary cereals and packaged sugary oatmeal were available for the kids I suppose. I searched the basket for plain oatmeal but found none. There's also a waffle maker some guests were using to make good-smelling waffles. And a toaster if you prefer toast.

Cons:

Rose pleasantly greeted me at the check-in desk and efficiciently registered me. I was about 30 minutes early for the 3:00 check-in time and only intended to let the desk know that we were in town. Rose said "no problem " and gave me keys so we unloaded and left for our family visit. Kudos to Rose for her kind accommodation!!
