I called let them know what time my family would be arriving they assured me a room would be ready because my youngest daughter is special needs and my oldest is 5 months pregnant and they'd been traveling for over 10 hrs when they got there not only did they give the room away the only room they had available the lock wouldn't work on the door so they couldn't access the room at 8:30 at night

Hotel was out of toilet paper. The electronic door locks didn't work so you had to get someone to open your door. There was no ice machine. It took me 20 minutes to check-in because desk personnel were unable to figure out what room was clean and available. The room was dirty and there was grit on the sheets. There was not internet , no phone in the room, and no blanket.
THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE FROM ONE END OF THE PROPERTY TO THE OTHER. I simply cannot understand how the state of South Carolina has not Condemned this Filthy hole! This place Could not pass inspection for Health & Safely Regulations anywhere in the country!! It's a 3rd World Nightmare. We felt Very Afraid for our safety as we had to leave in the dark while being watched & followed around by young men in Hoodies!! Rooms were filthy, layers of oily dirt on furniture, dead bugs in bathtub, No TV remotes available from front desk, no hangers, unsafe dim lighting inside the room & outside. Holes in the wall, heater was smashed in & full of years of dirt & debris. Trash thrown all around the property, Second floor had dozens of filthy curtains hanging in shreds from most windows--- Flop House?? No Refunds Authorized even though they cannot provide customer with

The room had hole in wall with tissue plug in hole also tissue in door peephole on door blow dryer fell off wall bathroom door would not close microwave had a short in it sometimes it worked then it wouldn't bathroom door wouldn't close and top of door was coming apart no fire alarm which was taken off wall when inform maintenance he ask did I check the drawer
The bed was comfortable.
