Room was perfect for our group of 6.
Breakfast was stocked and quickly replenished when anything ran out.
Staff were all very friendly, room was clean. Pool was pretty strong with the smell of chlorine.
But great experience overall.

The Staff were welcoming and helpful. The Lady that put together the breakfast was so helpful, and beyond kind. Our room was clean and the pool was area clean and a great temperature.
The only small complaint was there were not enough towels in our room. We had a suite which sleeps 6 but only 3 towels. Staff gave us towels as soon as we asked. So not really a complaint!

Needed a place to stay so we booked here thinking it would be a good choice. Staff are rude from check in to needing something like a towel or asking a question about the pool “adult hours” they don’t have people skills. At check in the women don’t even say hello just asked for my id and credit card and then pointed to a tablet where I had to add all the information I gave when booking. Took 5 minutes longer than any other hotel. I also was not asked if I wanted to use that card for payment which normally I can choose to pay another way. Then when going to the pool area for adult swim (a small reason we booked this hotel) there was 6 kids in the pool throwing balls around, completely over throwing and causing one to hit me. Prior to getting hit my husband went to the front desk to ask for them to address the adult swim only issues to which they took almost 10 minutes. Trying to also get someone to the front desk takes forever and they’re always hiding in the back where they’re either on their cell phones on watching tv. Writing this review as a 35 year old who can’t stand customer service people who can’t give a darn about their jobs
Good location. Clean. Staff pleasant
Staff not trained well. Was billed twice and staff didn’t know how to fix it. Beds harder than I’m used to and pillows too big and lumpy. When I asked if there were softer beds or pillow top mattresses in some other rooms I was offered a gel foam mattress pad for an extra $20 a night. Breakfast was typical hotel fare but poor quality (liquid egg product heated in a plastic bag in microwave, overcooked sausage or undercooked bacon were only hot choices). Cereals, breads, waffles and muffins all white flour white sugar highly processed from mixes - nothing remotely healthy or nutritious available.
This hotel , our room and pool area was very clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful .Good location for shopping and restaurants ,we would stay here again .

Booked the birthday party package and had the best time!! Pool was a perfect temperature. Everything was clean. Nice big party room. Delicious breakfast! Coffee and flavoured syrups available all the time was very much enjoyed! Will definitely be having more birthday parties here. :)
The staff was great, the jacuzzi was nice, and it wasn’t super expensive! Fun slide in the pool and the fireplace in the room added a level of cosy that we appreciated.
The breakfast selection was a 3.5/5, I’d love the option to make wraps, and the eggs were really bland and the bacon was pretty salty and soft.
Very clean, great service and prices. Updated breakfast was ideal.

The staff were all accommodating and friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast was tasty and a great bonus.
The wifi was very poor and slow to connect.
So close to everything walking distance
Friendly staff, clean rooms, good variety breakfast menu, would stay again .
