Great value for money, lovely staff and enjoyed the clean room and facilities.
Pros:

Decent hotel and great, friendly staff.

Cons:

Bath and shower need an update, even if it’s just some new silicone around the tub and shower screen. Some of the fittings are worn / mouldy.

Soulless
Pros:

The room was nice but not worth the money. The hotel felt very corporate the staff are like robots. Was staying the night before my wedding and no one cared.

Wouldn't stay again.
Pros:

The hotel and facilities were lovely. The food was lovely.

Cons:

Spa facilities: A hen party appeared to be taking over certain areas of the spa, while children were left unsupervised in one of the hot tubs. This significantly limited our ability to enjoy the facilities.
Noise outside our room: Children were making considerable noise around the small kitchen area near our room during the evening. Although this settled before 11pm, it was another disruption to what should have been a relaxing stay.
Excessive noise overnight: Our main concern was the hen party staying in the room above us. They were screaming and singing along to Céline Dion until approximately 2am. The noise was completely excessive and made it impossible for us to sleep. This was not simply the occasional disturbance you might expect in a hotel, but hours of sustained noise late into the night.
Staff: It took ages for anyone to come to the desk to help at 2.00am when the noise was happening. They've ignored out complaint e-mail leaving us not choice but to leave a negative review.
