Catch up with my cousin
Pros:

Had a lovely one night stay with my cousin, it was very good value for money. Loved my back and shoulder massage it was heaven. The evening meal was so good the food was delicious and the staff were lovely and friendly. Really enjoyed everything about this place, definitely going to go back.

Disappointing Spa day at Cottons
Pros:

Cottons spa knutsford Been before a few years ago it was excellent bit my return visit disappointing
Spa area not enough usable lounges towels left constantly on empty beds, other spas don’t allow this so had to sit on a chair for duration Treatments were excellent afternoon tea was awful, waited nearly an hour for it and got a few cheep cakes and a tiny scone with masses of cream, my daughter doesn’t drink tea or coffee and wasn’t offered any thing else so sat there with no drink and awful service would I return I don’t think so very disappointed it was supposed to be a birthday relaxation treat for my daughtrr

I needed to use the ironing board and it kept collapsing.

The window cleaner was banging about at 8am.

Very pleasant and the staff extemely helpful.
Pros:

Breakfast very good. Bed very comfortable but room a little small and the window was tiny!

Cons:

I have difficulty walking and car park was very full so bit of a trot to the front door.

Amazing service, hotel had very good entertainment for kids staying in the hotel, easter egg hunt, movies on show through out the day from 4pm access to the pool which was amazing

Clean and soooo welcoming - facilities were amazing and exactly what we expected the value was great and the staff were incredible, never stayed somewhere with such helpful friendly staff nothing was to much

Cons:

That your expected to pay extra for spa facilities.. if you arrive past a certain time and it’s a case of going for a swim or a chill for a few hours, I understand if someone pays for a seperate spa day for treatments and use of facilities but if your paying for an over night stay with breakfast I think the use of the pool etc should be included

Stayed for 1 night for a wedding. Could do with an update but good for 1 night
Pros:

Friendly staff and resteraunt/reception area was nice and food was great.
The grounds were lovely too

Great
Pros:

We stay in the hotel often as we have family who live by and we always enjoy our stay. Great for families.

Cons:

we did have one minor issue with our room (not the hotels fault) room was lovely. Once we spoke to staff they kindly moved rooms very quickly and we even got an upgrade which was an added bonus. Isaac was great with us.
