Location and overall facilities were very good
Breakfast service was poor, had to ask for clean cups, (there were no cups by coffee machine, only paper cups), no eggs on breakfast or bacon, (had to ask), breakfast staff seemed young and disengaged, no evidence of any supervisory or management presence, no sense of urgency amongst the team. We came to breakfast at 8am, presumably in between one busy rush and the next one.

House keeping non existent, we were asked when we checked in if we would like the room cleaning and towels changed, we said we did. Didn’t happen !
We had a lovely stay food spa breakfast where so nice so would stay here again staff so friendly

Friendly staff and a good location.
Food took a long time to arrive. Bedroom was dirty (walls, ceiling and lots of small insects)
Room was a good size with sofa area and tv. Nice size bathroom. Didn’t use the spa so can’t comment. Breakfast was buffet style but allowed you to order some specials, which was nice.
Double bed was actually two singles zipped together, disappointing and uncomfortable.
Hotel was beautiful and the room was lovely with a huge comfortable bed.
Had to pay to use the pool. The room was expensive enough without the added extra charge.

Stayed for a wedding recently and had excellent customer service. Super friendly Man and Lady on reception who assisted us with checking in and were friendly throughout our stay. Lovely room, very comfortable bed, nice and spacious and the spa was perfect.
