Brrakfast was lovley
The room was very stuffy , tv would not turn off all night as my partner was asleep i didnt ring for someone to come to tge room , we waited 35 mins at check in desk at 10.30 pm
The bed was not comfortable as very soft .

Room on the 2nd floor very small window and hence very dark. Milk for the room was located down the corridor- alas it had run out. Would be better to have the milk in the room.
We liked the spa like bathroom with a lovely deep bath and heated towel rails. Also the large corner sofa in the seating area and comfortable beds. Generous provisions of tea and coffee with carafes of fresh milk made available was a very nice touch. We had a very busy weekend with friends so didn’t have a chance to use the amenities or the restaurant but I’ve heard great things about both. The restaurant seemed to be very popular. Will have to come back.
Our room wasn’t serviced during our two night stay. I don’t know if it was an oversight or if we were supposed to request it. Several items such as the robes, toiletries had little notes indicating that they could be purchased to take home. Perhaps this was just to dissuade guests from helping themselves.
I've stayed here a couple of times now and it doesn't disappoint. Great facilities including spa / gym and a nice bar area. the staff are always very friendly. Amazing value for money given the facilities and general cleanliness / size of rooms etc.

no replacement on toiletries mold between tiles on bathroom and on ceiling rust on shower rails and corrosion on taps

Location is perfect for a nice chilled weekend but I think if you're staying at the hotel access to the swimming pool and gym should be automatic. The breakfast was excellent.
Facilities: swimming comes at an extra cost.
