Nice bigger hotel about a 6 minute drive from Knutsford.
Pros:

Only there for one night. Room comfortable. Very nice toiletries in the bathroom (so good there was a request not to take them but you could buy them for GBP15! Good shower. Good bed with pillow choice. Fresh milk and water dispensers in corridor made a very pleasant change from the usual UHT milk. Nespresso coffee machine as well as kettle and beverage choice in room. Was given a free upgrade, I think.

Cons:

Nothing really, although at check-in was given a room already occupied by another guest by accident. Staff most apologetic and helpful but it meant a trek with luggage back to reception from 3rd floor to change room. Restaurant food was a bit "hotel-style". OK but nothing special - I had the fish and chips - but service was very good. Breakfast is quite expensive so if you only want a bowl of cereal or a bit of toast and a coffee, best to head for a coffee shop in Knutsford. As far as aware, no continental breakfast choice, at least not on booking.com

Lovely hotel, would stay again but would book direct so spa facilities were included.
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and food were excellent. Good spa & gym facilities but we had to pay £15 each to use the pool etc because we booked through booking.com. This wasn’t really made explicit when we booked and was a bit excessive for one swim as we’re only there overnight! Apparently if you book direct the facilities are included and the price was the same as we paid without spa facilities.

Cons:

It was a bit noisy overnight in our room.

Enjoyed the stay. Paid £12 for the 1 night stay due to being able to use my booking Genius points
Pros:

Easy check in and out. Cookies at the front are a nice touch.

Cons:

Room could do with a lick of paint and spruce up. Stayed in room 230 and the bathroom, although nice, was a little grotty with mold stains and paint coming away.

It was a lovely relaxed weekend would definitely go back
Pros:

It was very nice and clean , staff were very friendly and helpful and accommodating, and spa and pool was stunning and relaxing can not fault anything about our stay as I booked this for friends birthday they welcome us with happy birthday message and a small cake which was lovely .

Pros:

As always, the people make the experience. Phil on the Spa desk gave amazing customer experience, very impressive. The breakfast was lovely. Hotel gym was the best hotel gym I’ve ever come across!! Attention to detail matters, towels in the fridge in the gym?! Amazing

Cons:

My son didn’t feel it was quite as clean in places as it could be. I didn’t really notice this at all.

The location was great

Cons:

The first room we was given hadn't bee ln cleaned, the second room still had people in there and the 3rd and final room we were given had a dripping shower in the bath tub.
The hotels staff felt that adding in 2 eye masks, pillow spray and bath set was sufficient for the inconvenience.
