Apart from the breakfast on the second morning everything else was faultless

Staff very friendly and welcoming

Breakfast on second morning was late and not very good. Bacon cold, toast was soggy and no butter

Comfortable, close to where we needed to be and excellent service from Paul.

Cons:

You had to request the night before if you wanted your room cleaned in the morning. We told them at 9 in the morning and it wasn’t done till after 3pm. No full length mirror. Grouting in the bathroom was stained. Breakfast was poor

Overpriced & under delivered
Pros:

Close to the place I was attending a wedding so the location was convenient

Cons:

No room service available at all - we were told the cooker was broken.
Not even a kettle in the room so couldn’t even have a drink! We basically paid £96 to sleep in a mediocre bed

Fantastic, we had the best experience and really enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Perfect location, close to Knutsford town centre, rooms were fantastic, spa was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. Would highly recommend.
