If you want a clean, friendly staff and quick breakfast, this is a great place.
Pros:

The location was a little out of town for Sedona, but doable. The breakfast was a grab and go type, with yogurt, coffee, muffins, etc. Nothing fancy, a small area in the lobby.

Cons:

The were no elevators. Dragging bags up to the second floor was a chore. Someone was smoking weed nearby and the smell was brought into my room on the first night.

The breakfast room was in the reception area with limited seating. The food selection would qualify as a continental breakfast-no hot items. Adequate, but not bountiful for big appetites.
