Dejligt ophold
Pros:

Dejlige værelser og omgivelser

Cons:

Sauna området kunne godt være lidt mere plads
Og fitness / trænings lokalet trænger til at blive opgraderet til større lokale 😀

Schönes Hotel im Zentrum von Hamburg.
Pros:

Dir Lage war sehr gut. Hotel war wirklich sehr sauber.
Personal in allen Bereichen war nett.

Cons:

Das War ein Geschenk von meiner Tochter zum Geburtstag und aus meiner Sicht zu teuer.
Trotzdem jeder muss selber entscheiden.

Der Empfang sollte dringend geschult werden, oder keine Neuan

Die Zimmer sind großzügig und gemütlich
Das Frühstück ist perfekt
Die Restaurants sehr gut

Cons:

Der Empfang ist unprofessionell und wär mit Booking com reist wird immer darauf hin gewiesen, dass es ein
dritt Anbieter ist. Nachteile bei der Zimmervergabe ! Trotz Reklamation beim Check aus, wurde dies nicht entschuldigt.

Werde sicherlich wiederkommen!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam.
Von den Portiers bis zu den Zimmermädchen alle sehr sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Also für zwei Nächte 630,-€ ist noch ok aber dann noch Touristengebühr obwohl man aus Deutschland ist finde ich etwas übertrieben.

Expensive and surprised no turn down service in the evening, just left with two thin towels for evening and morning and paid over £400 for one night

Pros:

Man fühlt sich überall willkommen im Hotel, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter/-innen. Sehr gut vom Bahnhof Dammtor erreichbar, von dort auch gute Anbindung in jegliche Richtung von Hamburg mit öffentl. Verkehrsmitteln.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war wie stets sehr geräumig und komfortabel. Die Betten sind außerordentlich bequem! Das Frühstücksbüffet liess kaum Wünsche offen. Und das Steakrestaurant Theo's hat auch nioch um 22 Uhr ein fabelhaft zubereitetes Steak serviert! Schön, dass es solche Hotels gibt und dies bei enem wirklich guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

2 Tage entspannte Hamburg Auszeit

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet .Die Auswahl und die Qualität der angebotenen Speisen war sehr gut.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und der Service klappte perfekt.
Das Spa mit dem Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen . Die Massagen waren ausgezeichnet und haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.
