Tolles Hotel, top ausgestattet und der professionellste Service, den ich seit Jahren erlebt habe.
Pros:

Ich finde, dass das Personal das professionellste ist, dass ich seit Jahren in einem Hotel angetroffen habe. Dazu kommt, dass alle extrem zuvorkommend waren. Großes Kompliment und Danke an das gesamte Team!

Cons:

Da gibt es für mich nichts. Es könnte sein, dass nicht jedem die konservative Einrichtung gefällt. Darüber sollte man sich im Klaren sein, wenn man das Elysee bucht.

Pros:

Nice staff. The room is decent. Like my room that looks out to the park.

Cons:

Getting to places from this hotel always takes >10 minutes of walk before you get to any bus stations and etc, which can add up if you go back and forth from the hotel a lot. The room's noise suppression is quite weak, so I can hear if adjacent people is showering or if cleaners are working next door. But note those are only minor issues.

Pros:

Las habitaciones son grandes y super comodas, y el baño muy moderno, la limpieza es excelente y tener acceso a la pileta sauna y gym es increible

Cons:

El servicio de desayuno es un poco confuso, ya que hay tres lugares diferentes. No hay menús ni precios visibles, y recién cuando te sientas te entregan el menú y puedes ver las opciones y los precios. No puedes elegir o comprar en los otros lugares sin hacer lo mismo.

War sehr angenehm und ruhig.

Cons:

Die Dusche benötigt neue Verdichtung. Wasser ist durch den silikon in das Badezimmer gelaufen. Dies erhöhte den Verbrauch der Handtücher.

Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit hervorragendem Essen, freundlichem Service und nur kleinen

Mir haben besonders die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, das hervorragende Essen und die schönen Restaurants gefallen. Auch der Wellnessbereich und das gesamte Ambiente des Hotels waren sehr angenehm. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen haben mir vor allem der fehlende Gartenblick trotz entsprechender Reservierung und die fehlende kleine Aufmerksamkeit zum Geburtstag. Beim Frühstück hätte der Service aufmerksamer sein können, insbesondere beim Abräumen der benutzten Teller. Im Wellnessbereich waren außerdem viele Liegen mit Handtüchern reserviert, obwohl niemand dort lag.
