Fantastisk morgenmad! Der var alt hvad hjertet kan begære. Flot hotel med venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Vi fik en ekstra topmadras på 5 minutter, da jeg syntes at sengen var hård.

Extreme Hauseigene Lärmbelästigung Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren des Grand Élysée,

als langjähriger und bislang stets zufriedener Gast Ihres Hauses wende ich mich heute mit einem für mich bedauerlichen Anliegen an Sie. Es bezieht sich auf meinen Aufenthalt am vergangenen Freitag 3.7.26 in Ihrem Hause. Im Rahmen einer Abiturfeier kam es bis in die frühen Morgenstunden zu erheblicher Lärmbelästigung, infolge derer meine Nachtruhe massiv beeinträchtigt wurde, sodass ich gezwungen war, in der Nacht das Zimmer zu wechseln.
Da ich so regelmäßig Gast bin, ist ein Profil hinterlegt mit meinen Wünschen.
Es ist für mich nur schwer nachvollziehbar, dass in einem Fünf Sterne Hotel Ihrer Kategorie Zimmer in diesem Bereich zugewiesen wurden, obgleich die zu erwartende Geräuschkulisse absehbar gewesen sein durfte. Ich setze in einem Haus wie dem Grand Élysée ein ruhiges Zimmer, sowie einen erholsamen Aufenthalt mit erholsamen Schlaf voraus.
Vor dem Hintergrund meiner bislang durchweg positiven Erfahrungen sehe ich mich enttäuscht, dass weder ein Hinweis auf die stattfindende Veranstaltung erfolgte noch ein ruhiger gelegenes Zimmer für mich vorgesehen war.
Ich darf aber betonen, dass Ihre Mitarbeiterinnen in der Nacht Alles sehr freundlich und zugewandt versucht haben, zu helfen. Sie betonten aber, dass die Lautstärke und die Bässe nicht in ihrem Einfluss Bereich liegen.
Am Morgen beim Auschecken hatte auch die Empfangschefin sich Zeit für mein Anliegen genommen und mir eine Reduzierte Rate angeboten.
Ich betonte, dass es mir ja nicht um wirtschaftliche Bedürfnisse geht, ich bin ja, immer wenn ich in HH bin, bewusst bei Ihnen Gast und nicht bei einem günstigeren Mitbewerber!
Meine Frau und ich sind kommendes Wochenende erneut Gast in Ihrem Hause und würden uns sehr über einen erholsamen Schlaf freuen.

Enttäuschend!
Cons:

Bei der Buchung wurden kostenlose Fahrräder zugesagt. Diese waren vor Ort nicht vorhanden und wären auch nicht kostenlos gewesen. Das Hotel-Personal ist damit völlig unprofessionell umgegangen und hat auf Booking als Verursacher des Problems verwiesen.

Super Hotel! Mit 2 (unwichtigen) Details, die man verbessern könnte.
Pros:

Extrem gutes Hotel in jeder Beziehung!

Cons:

2 Details sind zu verbessern! Die Badeschuhe haben ALLE die Grösse 40 und sind daher unbrauchbar für alle grösseren Füsse! Beim Frühstück muss man sich in einer Schlange anstellen, um ein Spiegelei zu bekommen. Das ist in anderen Hotels viel besser gelöst!

Room was good size too
The cleaners were doing a great job everyday

The breakfast options could be some healthier stuff.
Some bread was so hard to eat and there was a broken toaster which was not working well.
