Gutes Stadthotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Sehr gut ist die große Tiefgarage des Hotels, wo wir auch bei später Ankunft sicher einen Parkplatz bekommen haben. Das Hotel liegt nahe am Dammtor-Bahnhof, daher auch mit der Bahn gut erreichbar. Die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, aber 5 Sterne-Hotels haben üblicherweise ein noch breiteres Angebot.

Cons:

Die Situation im Restaurant beim Frühstück ist eine logistische Ausnahmesituation, die dringend baulich behoben werden sollte. Jede Eierspeise muss individuell bestellt werden, auch die Standards wie Rührei und Spiegeleier. Dadurch entsteht eine längere Schlange. Gleichzeitig muss jeder, der Champignons, Speck oder Würstchen haben wollte, muss an dieser Schlage vorbei bzw. sich hineindrängeln. Zusätzlich staute sich die Schlange direkt vor dem Ausgang der Küche, was den kontinuierlichen Verkehr des hineingetragenen benutzten Geschirrs bzw. der herausgetragenen Getränke behinderte. Hier würde ich an Stelle des Grand Elysees rasch etwas ändern. - Bei der Ankunft hat uns gewundert, dass trotz der vielen Restaurants/Bars im Hotel keines mehr eine Kleinigkeit wie ein Sandwich etc. im Angebot hatte.

A good convenient and high quality hotel near my work place - Business School of University Hamburg

Pros:

Zwar ein größeres Hotel, aber dennoch mit einem individuellen Flair. Eingangsbereich sehr schön mit den unterschiedlichen „Eindrücken “. Die diversen Restaurant Angebote sind sehr stimmig.

Nichts zu beanstanden.

Ein Hotel, welches mit Leben erfüllt ist. Sehr gute Auswahl an Restaurants, ein Foyer mit Flair, ausgesprochen freundliches Personal von der Rezeption bis zum Zimmerservice.

Die Lage und das ganze Ambiente ist für den Preis schon sensationell! Die Kunstausstellung in der Galerie hat Spaß gemacht!

Cons:

Das Frühstück war trotz allem sichtbaren Bemühen des Personals eine Massenabfertigung. Die Zubereitung der Eierspeisen dauerte mangels ausreichend präsentem Personals viel zu lange.
