I usually enjoy my stay, but this time my room was quite noisy.
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is good and the shower has good water pressure, and the hotel breakfast is comparatively good, at least as far as American hotel breakfasts go. I also appreciate the courtyard green space each morning.

Cons:

I usually have a good time at this hotel, but not this time. Maybe because of the particular room I was given, it was extremely loud late at night and early in the morning, with vehicle and bell noises that sounded like they were coming from the train station (or construction outside? Although I didn't see any construction work). I usually sleep fine when I stay here, but this time I could barely sleep each night because of the noise, and so I was exhausted throughout the day. The front desk staff are also usually polite, but this time they had someone who was pretty rude.

It was a great room and the breakfast was great but the being locked out of the room multiple times was a deal breaker.
Pros:

The location was close to the hospital that we had to visit.

Cons:

I could not get into my room. The key card work however the door continues to get stuck. It’s not very comfortable to be stuck outside at 3am following a bunch of Dr appointments. We were exhausted.

Pros:

The room design was very well thought out. Having a convenient mini refrigerator microwave and pod coffee maker added to the enjoyment of the experience.

Cons:

I did not like the fact that I could not close the drapes completely. Only the sheer drapes had the ability to open and close.

Overall good stay and nothing disappointing
Pros:

Beds, pillows and bedding were comfortable in our room and didnot sag, two king beds in our room is very nice. Fridge microwave in room and bathroom were decent.

Cons:

Outside feel is typical motel type, front desk staff could be a little nicer

Pros:

The staff were nice and helpfull

Cons:

The room smelled like smoke. The curtains were old with holes and I had to use a hair clip to close then completely. The toilet paper was in a weird spot behind the door. I think there were bed bugs since I was itchy. There was a loose pillow case on the bed, like if it was dirty. The washer was clogged up, water didn’t go through. The hallways were dirty. Everything looked old. Will not stay there ever again.

Cons:

要使用洗衣機，晚班櫃台沒有零錢可換，要我們早上再找早班換。
隔天好不容易洗完衣服，2台烘衣機都故障，也沒有公告讓我們知道，結果只能把衣服掛在房間，沒能曬乾，只能潮濕狀態收拾行李搭機。
真是美國10天旅遊內最糟糕的飯店了。

Better than expected, but extremely disappointed in this city as a whole
Pros:

I was really shocked at how run down this hotel was in the elevators and the doors and just the overall look but I was happy when I got in the room because the bed was so comfortable and the bath had hot water it had granite but trying to get a better room I left it and went and got a holiday in and I was shocked that I guess every hotel in this city is really trashy unless you get a five-star I really don't know what to say this city is so pathetic now I will never ever ever come here again. It's basically just a big homeless camp and if you're homeless I'm sure it's great but if you're working person that wants to take a hot bath in your room and just have a normal life you're not going to get that
