Excellent séjour
Pros:

Accueil très agréable avec un accès à toutes nos demandes. Merci beaucoup.
Service impeccable et attentionné.
Chambre spacieuse avec une belle vue et calme. Literie confortable avec un grand lit.
Dans l'ensemble la décoration de l'hôtel est très jolie.
Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. C'était très bien. Personnel agréable.
Très bonne situation géographique par rapport au centre historique.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'hôtel.

Prima 1 persoonskamer, met goed bureau, hele grote tv, zonder Nederlandse of Belgische zenders. Heel behulpzaam personeel en zeer uitgebreid buffet ontbijt.

Cons:

Douche was beetje krap en water niet consistent warm, maar dat is vaker in hotel. Maar dat was dan alles, Top.

Great hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Great location and staff. great breakfast every morning. very comfortable beds and pillows! All major monuments and landmarks were within walking distance - max 15 min radius. Loads of very good restaurantes locally also.

Cons:

learning it would have been 10-15% cheaper to book directly

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent, with a great selection to start the day. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The train station is also within walking distance, which was very convenient for our travels. The laundry facilities are located in the same building, at the far end, which was another useful amenity. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence.

Weekend getaway
Pros:

Location is very close to everything but at the same time quiet. Nice breakfast. The staff were very helpful with suggestions on local tours. I had a single room but both the room and bathroom were huge.
