It was a good hotel overall.
Pros:

The rooms were nice. The bed and extra bed was very comfortable. The location was close enough to everything we wanted to visit.

Cons:

The breakfast could be more extensive.

Pros:

Lovely hotel, and a great reception team. Close enough to the centre of the action, but far enough away to enjoy some quiet space.

Great location. Close to the river.

Cons:

Look for the name of the hotel on the buzzer for the building. Took a minute to locate. But the staff answered quickly when we located the buzzer and we could’ve WhatsApp’d them for a quick response if we had an issue for more than a minute.

It was a good stay and close to center of the city.
Pros:

Walking distance from the train station. Breakfast was included. All our needs are met without delay. Pleasant staff ready and eager to help.

Cons:

It was a little price. I would have appreciated if taxi was provided upon arrival for the price. Even if the place is a walking distance, it’s challenging to walk after being on the road for hours

I didn’t know these hotels and they are worth it! My room was more on the smaller side but it was super organized clean and modern! One would think that because you are in a small ancient European city things would be old but not this hotel. The attentions where 100000/10, they made me feel welcomed and I asked them about everything! On my birthday they sang happy birthday during breakfast! Truly felt that I was staying at a 5-star hotel. The location is top too, you are walking distance from everything

Не пополняли как положено чай и кофе, пришлось дважды звонить на ресепшен. Воду не добавляли вообще, хотя в предыдущем отеле этой сети воду пополняли каждый день.
