Pros:

Very enjoyable stay. Friendly and helpful staff and a great breakfast. Great location and a short stroll to the centre.

Cons:

Pros:

Amazing experience. The best place i ve stayed in Florence. Close to the convent of San Marco the old town was easily accesible. Amazing staff, perfect service, excellent breakfast (the staff from breakfast service are very kind and warm!). I will come back for certain.

Pros:

El hotel es fantástico, bien situado y cerca de todo. Estaba muy limpio y la habitación muy cómoda, el personal encantador.

Cons:

Lo único un poco mejorable es el desayuno, está todo muy bueno, pero para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas había poca variedad.

It is Room Mate please come inside :))
Pros:

Big bed&room, delicious breakfast especially yogurt machine :), easy to reach everywhere thats because there is a bus stop in front of the hotel

Cons:

My room looking backyard on the first floor thats why the view was not good but it was silence. In the bathroom sink faucet's hot and cold water were reversed be carefull :))

the hotel has a great location, with a clean room. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the towels were new, clean, and fluffy. Overall, the place felt very welcoming, like home.

Cons:

very small room and did not have any power outlets near the bed, which I consider essential.
