We had a very good stay with my wife. The location is within walking distance of both the train station and tourist attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. We were particularly pleased with the variety and quality of the breakfast. In this regard, we would like to extend our special thanks to Ms Maryam from the breakfast team. She is extremely hospitable and takes a personal interest in the needs of all guests. Amazing hotel
Pros:

Everything was gratis,froom quite room to breakfast,Mariam was very polite and kind,also girls at reception and Luka who gave as directions to San Giminiano.It is not my first stay here, i was in Room Mate in Barcelona and it was a great experience.It is near center and train station.

No és un hotel massificat, ben situat i es pot accedir caminant al centre de la ciutat.
Habitació còmoda, però per dues persones és massa petita.

Cons:

L'esmorzar és molt justet. Una mica més de llum als passadissos no aniria malament.

Beautiful Hotel
Pros:

Excellent experience at the Luca. Room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable. Incredible view of Tuscan backyards from our window. The breakfast service was delicious, a wide variety of items to suit all. At breakfast, Meriam was especially friendly and attentive! If I am back in Florence, I will stay here again in a heartbeat.

Ottima colazione, con una buona scelta sia per il dolce che per il salato. Molto vicino ai principali punti di interesse del centro storico.

Cons:

Arredo bagno troppo piccolo (non c'è spazio per poggiare i propri effetti personali). Rubinetteria senza miscelatore.
