Gentillesse du personnel de l accueil et du petit dejeuner. Hall d entree tres coquet.

Cons:

Chambre un peu petite. Mal agencee. Un peu sombre.
Ascenseur en panne le jour de notre depart. Heureusement un membre du personnel nous a descendu nos valises.

Pros:

Good location (San Marco next to it), beautiful historic building, stylish design (bright rooms) and very nice atmosphere. The hotel is clean, comfortable and perfect for exploring Florence. Breakfast included! Quiet.

Cons:

The air conditioning was not working well enough (it’s regulated from reception, either too warm or cold, you can’t control it on your own). No coffee machine in room.

ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να σε βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε, η καθαριότητα ήταν καθημερινή. Όλα ήταν τέλεια , μας βοήθησαν να απολαύσουμε τη πανέμορφη Φλωρεντία!!!

Proche de la ville, proche du tramway
Quartier calme

J’aime beaucoup la déco
Le personnel de l’accueil et du petit déjeuner sont accueillants et serviables

Cons:

Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas un vrai bar avec un barmaid pour éventuellement se faire un petit apéro sur place mais il y’a des bars et restaurants pas trop loin

Lugar excelente para disfrutar de la ciudad

Todo. La ubicación es excelente, el personal super atento y facilitó nuestra llegada y estancia. El desayuno muy completo. La habitación superó nuestras expectativas, la cama era cómoda y el baño muy grande y el sistema de climatización funcionaba a la perfección.
