Freundliche Mitarbeiter nehmen einen in Empfang. Ja, wie Bewertungen sagen, das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und es gibt kleinere Mängel. Wir waren zu einer Veranstaltung im Deutschen Bank Park dort und die Lage ist dafür sehr gut. Die Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, sehr bequemen Betten, Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank sind gut und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielfältig. In der Lobby steht einem kostenlos Wasser zur Verfügung. Wir haben im Restaurant gut gegessen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war stimmig.

Teleurstellend door de opstelling van een manager

1. Ik kreeg een rustige kamer, maar deze was erg heet. Na een hittegolf was het die dag nog 30 graden, maar op de kamer (aan de westkant) stond 's middags de zon naar binnen te schijnen, zonder gordijnen dicht. De airco hielp niet, het was heet op de kamer. Bij de receptie andere kamer gevraagd, maar niet gekregen, omdat aan de andere kant (oostzijde) van het hotel de zon nog veel langer zou hebben geschenen (?), zei de manager.
2. Tijdens het douchen bleek het bad niet door te lopen en de TV werkte niet. Bij de receptie kreeg ik van de manager te horen, dat de TV alleen in de lobby werkte en in de bar (voetbal). Ik zei dat voetbal ook op ZDF was en dat ik op de kamer wilde kijken. Hij zei mij te geloven, maar kon mij niet twee aparte bedden bieden en ook geen rustige kamer. Ik bleef staan en wachtte af. Uiteindelijk kreeg ik de kamer ernaast, met twee aparte bedden, naast de lift. Hier was het licht in de badkamer veel fijner en de TV werkte, maar de gedateerde airco bood echter geen soelaas tegen de warmte in het gebouw, al was dat mede te wijten aan de hittegolf.
3. Laat ik vooropstellen, dat ik sinds enkele jaren naar tevredenheid bij Leonardo Hotels heb gelogeerd, maar dit Leonardoverblijf viel erg tegen. Het zou hebben geholpen als ik van tevoren wist, dat het hotel een renovatie ondergaat, in plaats van in een mail achteraf, waarin mij ook gevraagd werd om een hoog cijfer te geven voor mijn verblijf.
4. Betaald parkeren, dat pas na boeking van een kamer wordt gemeld.

Schlechtes Hotel, nur die Lage ist ok.

Die Lage zum Stadion ist gut, Rest nicht gut

Cons:

Alt, muffig, Keine Klimaanlage auf dem Zimmer, lediglich eine schlechte Lüftung die bei weitem keine kalte Luft rauslässt. Auf mehrfache Nachfrage beim Personal liesse sich da nichts machen. Fürchterlich bei über 30 grad. Falsche Angaben in der Hotelübersicht.

Prima hotel voor een overnachting als je op vakantie bent. Restaurant was niet open, maar de naastgelegen bar (in het hotel) serveerde wel eten zoals een burger of pizza. Eten was ok.

We reisden met een hond. We hadden dit hotel speciaal uitgekozen omdat het wat afgelegen lag. Je kunt in het naastgelegen bos prima een ronde wandelen.

Kamers beginnen wat gedateerd te worden. Restaurant was gesloten
