The restaurant staff was amazing Sonia is a very sweet lady and she made us feel special for a date night, cozy ambiance and quick reliable service

Pros:

Stayed at this facility in March 26. The had the high school staying at this facility. I was in room 124. The staff we very nice, they served breakfast for all the school groops. The food was good, the staff were friendly. The facility was very clean! I would come back from being out all day, the staff cleaned the rooms, it felt nice. Nice rooms, convenient location for me in Northeast NJ
Pros:

I liked the room was clean, the Crabtree and Evelyn full products in the shower and by the bathroom sink was excellent, loved that I was on the 11th floor and the bed was VERY comfortable.

Cons:

The front desk staff checking in and checking out. They barely looked up from the computer, I am used to a friendly greeting at a hotel from the front desk staff and I surely did not get a friendly "welcome to the Hasbrouck Heights Hilton" upon check in, nor did I get a "how was your stay" when checking out. My rating would have been higher if it wasn't for the front desk.

Also, parking in front was not enough for guests.

Hilton Hackensack is great
Pros:

From check in to dinner to check out this hotel is great. I am a Hilton Whore so I always stay at Hilton properties unless I have to stay elsewhere because of a work. From check in with Kim to dinner at bar with Abdul was great. Kim was a delight after driving a lot all day. She was pleasant and really knew how to greet a guest. She is an absolute pleasure to see after a long day!

Abdul is one of the best I have seen at a Hilton. He is easy to talk to, knows what he is talking about, and simply makes the night as a guest of the hotel a reason to return. He gets it! As a former DOS at a hotel Abdul is the employee I would want representing me

I highly recommend the Hilton in Hackensack and will be back!

The room and the bathroom were big and clean like the pictures.

Cons:

We had some trouble with the room key card at first, and they forgot to mention that we had to pull the hand door upwards, not downwards… There was only one electrical outlet in the bathroom, which wasn't very convenient for a woman. There was no microwave in the room, but there is one in the lobby. The parking lot fills up very quickly, and the spaces are tight.
