The thermal baths are accessible for 45 minutes, for an extra charge of EUR 30 per person, from Monday to Thursday. From Friday to Sunday, only guests who have booked a treatment of minimum 50 minutes can access the thermal baths.
Please note that a restricted access (1 hour) to the Thermes (Pool, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi) is available from Monday til Friday with an extra cost of 15eur (not 30).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Gym costs 10 euros which was not mentioned on booking.com
Receptionist was not very forthcoming in solving my problem with the gym. Insisted that it was listed on booking even if not on mobile platform

les chambres pourraient être plus propres et un petit rafraichissement ne ferait pas de tord
pas de bagagiste pour un 5 étoiles, ou quelqu'un pour guider vers la chambre.
