Pros:

Everything is superb! Worth every single penny. Just 5 minutes from Hauptbahnhof, encircled by lots of good and inexpensive restaurants, supermarkets, kiosks, money exchange, ATM just in front of the hotel. And just minutes away from the famous landmarks. Then, the mgt team, from the new owners, the staff to the cleaning team, they are unbelievably fantastic. Hope they won’t increase their price- for its modern facilities and cleanliness. Thank you. You’re the best. GOD Bless you all.

Le nom de l'hôtel sur la devanture n'est pas le bon
Il manque la machine à café malgré le fait qu'il y ait des tasses
Le réceptionniste s'en est allé chercher un petit déjeuner laissant les portes de l'hôtel fermées durant 15 minutes avec l'impossibilité de rentrer dedans, on a failli louper le train à cause de ça
Odeur dans les couloirs tres désagréable

Das Personal war zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Wir haben nicht viel erwartet, aber noch weniger bekommen. Die Bilder entsprechen nicht dem Zimmer, was wir bekommen haben. Das erste Zimmer haben wir sofort wieder abgegeben, da es nach Zigarette stank. Das Personal war dabei sehr zuvorkommend. Das zweite Zimmer war ok. Allerdings teilten wir es mit mindestens einer Kakerlake. Die Heizkörper haben nicht funktioniert, was nicht all zu schlimm war, da es nicht kalt war. Am Morgen gab es jedoch kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen! Für das angebotene Frühstück muss man in ein anderes Hotel gehen - das Essen war lecker und die Auswahl absolut ausreichend.
