Pas de réelle différence entre ce 4 étoiles et des 3 étoiles voisins comme l'Atlantic Hotel.

- Pas de machine à café, juste une bouilloire et pas de café: juste du décafeiné
- Petite douche minuscule

Great hotel in excellent location
Pros:

Close to Gare St Lazare, excellent breakfast, air conditioning ( essential in the heatwave!), very friendly and helpful staff, very clean. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Pastries on second day were a bit stale.

Cons:

Salle de bain vétuste : carrelage fissuré, porte de salle de bain ecaillée sur 20 cm

Climatisation qui fait beaucoup trop de bruit

Il y a une verriere dans la salle de petit déjeuner, il faisait extrêmement chaud, des ventilateurs d'appoint auraient été appréciables lors de cette période de canicule

Nous avons signalé ces désagréments lors de notre départ (l'hôtel étant complet on savait des notre arrivée qu'il n'était pas possible de changer de chambre)

Pros:

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely and even when I missed the time, the staff was so happy to go find me a croissant. Our coffee machine did not work and next moment we had a brand new one delivered to the room. Location is fantastic and overall way above expectations - good value for money - will come back and recommend to my friends for sure.

The location is fantastic. The room is spacious and very comfortable for three adults. Front desk staff were very hospitable and friendly

Cons:

The bathroom has a broken toilet seat. I was surprised that the housekeeping staff did not inform the management team to get it fixed before assigning the room to customer. We needed to wait until the next morning for the maintenance staff to fix the toilet seat which rather frustrating for us.

Pros:

We stayed at this hotel in June 2026 as a couple with a toddler. The location is very convenient and made it easy for us to get around. Overall, the hotel was satisfactory and met most of our expectations.

The only significant issue we experienced was with the mini fridge in our room, which was not working. Despite several complaints during our stay, the management did not offer to fix it, explaining that this is normal because the "mini bar" in hotels does not always work. We found this disappointing and not in line with what we would expect from a 4-star hotel.

On a much more positive note, the biggest highlight of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the reception staff. Mr. Ali was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and always greeted us with a smile. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Mr. Yogurta was equally professional and courteous. We can only speak highly of both of them, and they truly made a positive difference to our experience.
