The indoor pool except they were still doing maintenance on it. However, we were able to swim as originally they wanted me to let them know an hour in advance before I would want to swim. They did accommodate me once I told him I had an autistic adult child that could not wait

The room did not have an ice bucket and when I called they said they don't use ice buckets that I could use the plastic bag provided

Pros:

Karla at the restaurant was excellent! I mainly stay at this hotel because of the service she provides after a long day. She's always accommodating and happy. She is a great standard for Holiday Inn.

Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. There was no water available in the room, which made basic use of the facilities extremely inconvenient. The room itself was located by the roadside, and the constant noise from traffic made it nearly impossible to sleep or get proper rest. The level of disturbance throughout the night was unacceptable.
