Great front desk

Cons:

I just wanted to take a bath. The plug would not connect so it did not hold water. Do not stay in 248 if you want a relaxing bath!

It was comfortable.
Pros:

The room had one queen size bed and from the size of the room, it can hold two queen size beds. It is a large room. The bathroom was clean.

Cons:

My only complaint is that the bathroom does not have enough shelf space to put my skincare products. There isn’t any place to hang anything either except for the shower door handle, which can only hold one bath towel. And a little knob behind the door to hang the size of a hand towel..

Nice room for a reasonable price close to Pleasanton.
Pros:

Location is good. There was no breakfast available during my stay the Saturday after XMAS.

Cons:

Thought the room might be noisy when I could hear the couple next door conversing. But they must have gone to sleep at a reasonable time as I didn’t have any problem sleeping. The room was quite nice otherwise.

Seems like they put some effort into upgrading but not nearly enough
Pros:

Bed was good. Location was good for us.

Cons:

No free breakfast. Some elevator lights were broken. Water fountains in hallways didn't work. Hallways to rooms were dark and smelled bad. Our room's glass door didn't close or lock because the door frame was damaged. The elevator had holes like someone hit it.

Pros:

We chose this because it’s an IHG hotel and the beds are so comfortable. Even though we paid for breakfast it was good

Cons:

Honestly the toilet was so low it felt like you were going to fall ;) also the restaurant wasn’t open for happy hr during our stay. Too bad a free breakfast isn’t included

Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I booked this room using two search filters: balcony and hot tub. It was my last day of vacation and I really wanted to enjoy coffee on a nice balcony and relax in a hot tub.
When we arrived we saw that the patio door did not open more than about 10-14 inches making the balcony inaccessible. We went down to check out the hot tub and it was drained with caution tape.
The only two reasons I booked this hotel turned out to be pointless.
I would not stay here again, especially for the price.
