Great base to do shopping and sightseeing
Pros:

Location to everything / MRT and a lovely comfortable bed

Cons:

The executive lounge doesn’t seem to have rules and the bathroom in the executive suite whilst being pretty are not practical. No European tv channels.

Good place to stay
Pros:

Location was very good, not far from the marina. Room was nice and spatious. Hotel is a bit older, but it’s ok. It was practical to have checkoit as late as 12:00 and the option to leave our luggage in the hotel after that.

I stayed there 5 nights and the room was never cleaned or serviced in 5 nights! Elevator key was faulty and only worked 20% of the time. Room service call was never answered, hair dryer was in a draw which was difficult to use as it didn’t stretch more than 6 inches. Would not recommend this hotel

Long weekend trip away
Pros:

Rooms very large if you paid a bit more .Free drinks at night and food for 2 hours as a bonus. The staff very friendly. Location for underground ( blue and purple line )only 200 yards away.

Cons:

Getting a little tiered and dated, but rooms good and food fairly good. Good value for money on an offer but full price? Not sure for that one.Supermarkets next to the hotel and opposite old and a little dated but cheap.

Excellent hotel with great views conveniently located in the heart of China town close to local restaurants and hawker centres. Good transportation train links to airport and other local attractions. Spacious and clean rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to other guests and will definately stay there again on the next in Singapore.

Fabulous visit and loved visiting Singapore
Pros:

Elevator key failed often and I had to go back to reception to have it re calibrated. Bar was in reception, no ambience at all. I was told there was a welcome pack on my arrival…didn’t happen even though I asked reception. Room only cleaned every 3 days, on the 4th day I was in the shower so they didn’t come back so 5 nights stay without room service. I was in an executive suite which was just a room and nothing like the advertised photos. Very old and tired hotel. In need of renovations
