Location was the best easy access to public transport
Ottima la colazione e anche la posizione vicino al quartiere cinese che è bellissimo. Molto belle le stanze e anche molto curate
Hanno ritardato di 4 ore il nostro check in, ma ci hanno offerto la cena. Considerato il costo dell'hotel, la cosa non mi è piaciuta affatto. Non c'è nessuno all'accoglienza neanche per le valigie
Convenient location, and we get to upgrade the room after the TV didn't work 3 times in 4 nights.
Only one elevator is working, out of four.
We were here 3 years ago and some elevator were not working, this time it's worse. Look at photo provided
The breakfast area was way too crowded, the tables were dirty. I could not enjoy it at all.
Bed was very comfortable. Pool was great. Location was fantastic, close to heaps of food options.

Die Lage ist Top!!! Man kann in nur wenigen Minuten die ver. Eingänge der MRT Chinatown (Downtown Line) erreichen, von dem man zu allen bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten fahren kann.
Außerdem hat man durch eine mit dem Hotel verbundene Brücke direkten Zugang zu einer Mall. Generell sind um das Hotel herum sehr viele unterschiedliche Dinge zu erkundschaften. Seien es die Restaurants und Stände, der buddhistische Tempel oder auch die Hawker Center.
Ein weiterer positiver Punkt ist, dass es einen Selfservice gibt, bei dem man immer wieder neue Handtücher und auch weitere essentielle Sachen nachholen kann.
Das Hotelzimmer war etwas kleiner als erwartet. Für 4 Personen ist das Zimmer schon relativ eng, vor allem wenn man nur ein Badezimmer hat.
Da die Zimmer auch nur alle paar Tage geputzt werden, kommt es schnell zur Ansammlung von Staub und Schmutz. Es wäre super, wenn die Mülleimer bisschen regelmäßiger ausgeleert werden würden.
We loved the city view from the room. The breakfast selection was amazing. The location was great as we used the MRT. We would come and stay again.
Great location and friendly staff but unfortunately that was the only positives of our stay.
In the 5 nights we stayed, we had hot water once, mold on the pillows, corridors had an unpleasant smell to them, lifts were a lengthy wait due to main lifts not being in use and having to use staff lifts, very noisy from works happening in the building and very outdated.

The location, on-site facilities were really good. The pool, laundry room and gym were also good.
The rooms were a good size and well appointed.
Attention to detail in cleaning g between occupants needs to improve.
