Great location to explore Singapore
Pros:

Location was fantastic. Good breakfast. Our room had fantastic view.

A little tired. The internal rooms have no windows or look into the foyer.

Gute Lage, Verbesserungen wären sinnvoll
Pros:

Zentrale Lage bei der MRT Station Chinatown, grosses Zimmer, gutes W-Lan

Cons:

Unklar, ob ich ein höher gelegenes Zimmer "verdient" hätte - gemäss Beschreibung hätte ich die Klasse dazu gehabt. Dafür ein renoviertes Zimmer erhalten. Unverständlich, warum in einem so asiatischen Hotel die WC-Dusche fehlt und nicht einmal WC-Besen vorhanden sind, obwohl nur alle drei Tage gereinigt wird. Liftsituation unbefriedigend, weil grad alle 3-4 Lifts einer Renovation unterzogen werden, immerhin Ausweichlösungen. Wenn der Nachbar um 23 Uhr regelmässig seine Badewanne fühlt, ist das Rauschen sehr stark hörbar. Frühstück ok, aber das Auffüllen von Geschirr, Besteck und div. Lebensmitteln müsste rascher und ohne Nachfragen möglich sein.

Pros:

Close to Chinatown and lots of MRT, and even close enough to walk to Merlion.
We got an upgrade to a suite which was nice with a great view over the river.

Cons:

Once the lifts have been fixed it will be much better. Only real downside, but they are getting fixed.

It is old and run down, out of four lifts only one operating, construction work being done but no warning. Had to call reception and request works to stop at 9 pm

The staff were very good and the breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the bin was emptied every 3 days, they were tiny and filled very quickly. We also had a small cockroach come out of the bin that had been sitting.

ok, mit kleinen Problemen
Pros:

Die Lifte standen nicht zur Verfügung, und alle mussten Ersatzlifte in einem Nebenbereich verwenden. Funktionell, aber mit Wartezeiten und Umwegen verbunden.

Cons:

Bessere Reinigung wäre günstig, tägliche Zimmeraufräumung (gab es an den beiden Tagen unseres Aufenthalts gar nicht), und die Lifte sollten rasch renoviert werden.

Aangenaam verblijf in Chinatown
Pros:

Het hotel heeft een zeer goede locatie nabij de metro en het Chinatown shopping center, waar je betaalbare maaltijdopties kan vinden op korte wandelafstand. Chinatown is een goede en centrale locatie om te verblijven in Singapore.
Het ontbijt was steeds lekker. Het hotel biedt een goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Cons:

Het zwembad is eerder klein en ligt bijna altijd in de schaduw.

Nice location with friendly staff hinder by some renovations.

Location. Two food and shopping areas across street

Elevators being renovated. Main ones down two one and can be long wait. Alternate elevators are the staff ones and smell.

Anyway, it is considered no big issues during our stay.
Pros:

Location is great, near China town and City Centre.

Cons:

2 of 4 lifts are being upgraded and the working 2 are very slow, so there is a big crowd every morning to get inside the lifts.
The coffee mugs should be cleaned during making the room up.
TV remote, room telephone and exhaust fan inside bathroom are not working.
