The location was great . Just on the edge of china town and a couple of minutes from the MRT . Tea, coffee,toothbrush and toothpaste supplied . Good value for money .

Location is good.
Hotel is tired looking, need a good revamp.
The room was spacious and comfortable, also very clean. The room service staff did a very good job or regularly cleaning the room as well.
The location was perfect as there are 2 MRTs close by.
Would have been nice for the fitness room to be a bit bigger than what it is.
Plus i think the treadmills need to be replaced as they are a little unstable when running.

Fully equipped, very large room. Great shower. Amazing breakfast buffet. Central location right in the edge of China town, giving easy walking access to great food and experiences.
I love the location of this hotel and I have stayed here before because of the convenient location. The staff are very helpful and the hotel is very clean. I had a lovely receptionist named Yvette help me with a couple of things, she was very helpful, polite and efficient.
The rooms have been refurbished since my last stay and whilst they look very nice, they are totally impractical. There is not enough storage space, no chest of draws, no shelves, no desk. There is a very small amount of hanging space which was clearly designed by a men for men's clothing as the space is not long enough to hang up a ladies dress for example.
There are not enough hooks in the bathroom, why not put some hooks in side the shower cubicle, it is long enough, and then you could a wet swimming costume up to dry.

this is our very first trip to singapore, and so far everyone from the airport, train stations to the staff of furama city centre hotel has been very helpful and very pleasant.
Fitrii at the front desk of Furama city centre had a wide smile on her face and that really made our day all the more very pleasant already... She was very accommodating, very helpful and just really made our stay a very nice one...we recommend this hotel to those who are planning a trip to singapore❤️👏☺️😄
It was very central easy to make our way around
The rooms were not serviced in the 3 days we were there - garbage bin was very full and we had to get new towels with the dirty ones piling up
The location was excellent, close to two MRT stations, Chinatown, Clarke Quay and Boat Quay.
The lighting in the bathroom was very dim, perhaps an additional light for makeup. The hotel is clean but a little old and could do with the refurb.

La habitación antigua con la alfombra sucia. El colchón duro y el aire hacia que todo estuviese húmedo y frío. No fue acogedor. Pileta y gimnasio chicos para el tamaño del hotel. 10 min de fila para servirme un cafe en el desayuno

This was a lucky find We were pleasantly surprised at this hotel and could not find a fault,checking in after a long flight and an even longer day was quick and the staff were really helpful,room was clean and in good order with plenty of tea coffee in the room.The breakfast room is huge but once surveyed easy to find a decent selection to make a meal everything was available and would cater for the fussy eater.Just across the road is a decent shopping mall with a vast selection of shops and eating facilities with a metro station below so to sum up good hotel with very helpful staff in a very convenient location.special mention to the concierge who looked after our cases and booked our taxi.
Location to the city was excellent. The room was quite adequate. Breakfast each morning was very good with some items changing each day. We also chose the lounge access which was fantastic. You had access to all tea coffee nibbles throughout the day. Happy hour 6 - 8 for free alcohol and canapés etc... was an added bonus. Enjoyed out stay. Close to the train station. Pool good on a warm day.
Only draw back was the rooms need an update but comfortable. The tv channels are very basic. Could do with a few streaming services.
