The location was great staff was very friendly and kind
I did not like the fact that I slept on sheets that had blood on it from a previous occupant this couldn't have turned it to something horrible and still couldn't based on what that person had or didn't have would like to have someone reach out to me concerning this matter
Close to the instate easy to find
The staff was excellent.convient parking, room was comfortable and clean.
The staff was great the front desk was outstanding with anything you ask them about very professionally
The breakfast was under cook and the grits was pass stroke level with salt ,everybody don't eat pork
Beds were so comfortable and AC was cold!!! Front staff gentleman was nice.
Refrigerator was broken and smelled like rotten cheese. These was no body wash in shower
The property was nice. The hallway area smelled a little weird and unclean. I also wish i would have known the room was on the first floor because I hated that part of it.
DO NOT forget anything in the room when you check out, or you will never see it again. I forgot my travel bag with all of the chargers for phones, watches and tablets. After trying to call SIX times and leaving several messages, we finally got through to an actual person. The front desk "couldn't find it in the room." So 1) housekeeping saw the bag and kept it 2) housekeeping saw it and threw it away or 3) housekeeping did not see it and the next occupant of the room took it. Either way I was not impressed with their lack of concern. Being the first stop of our week long vacation, I was forced to spend over $60 to replace everything.
Another concern is that the back door had to be propped open because the lock mechanism no longer unlocked the door. When the Taco Bell bag holding the door was bumped out of the way, I was forced to walk all the way around to the main entrance after being locked out.
Last, the breakfast was very mediocre. Rubbery sausage, lukewarm biscuits and gravy, and no hot water to make oatmeal.

Lobby was hot, breakfast was ok could be better. Really needs a facelift. Cable TV was weird

Pool was slightly green and freezing, carpet in room smelled, front desk had no bath cloths, blankets, or pillows. Bathroom fixtures were not clean. Toiled had mildew stains. However we were not in the room except to sleep so it wasn’t that important

The location was near other stores and in the vacinity of the harbor center that we were attending.
The water never got hot, of the 3 rooms we booked 2 of them smelt of weed. The hallways are very loud. One of rooms had a faulty smoke detector-this was fixed. Mini fridge was slow to get cold
The room was comfortable and the staff was helpful
There was something left on the floor under the table and the staff had to come to my room and help with the shower because I had a hard time turning it on
