Die Liegen am Strand müssen extra bezahlt werden (daher waren sie während unseres mehrtägigen Aufenthalts auch immer unbesetzt), dies müsste unserer Meinung nach konkreter auf Booking kommuniziert werden!
Zudem gibt es weder am Pool noch beim Restaurant eine Toilette, lediglich im 1. Stock gibt es eine öffentliche Toilette. Wenn man also sein Zimmer im EG oder 1. Stock hat, ist der Weg dorthin tatsächlich schneller - das sollte in einem solchen Hotel nicht der Fall sein.

La atención de la recepción y el proceso de conexión a wifi fue medio engorroso

The toilet in the room stopped working on the night we arrived. We didn't wan to cause any fuss and reported the issue first thing ion the morning, We reported this to reception and one of the cleaning staff had a look at this and then reported issue to housekeeping/maintenance. The toilet was not fixed.

We were staying at your hotel as part of a recovery holiday following major gastrointestinal surgery that means I have to use the toilet often and at short notice. This was very inconvenient to say the least.

Kritik wurde mit dem Hotelpersonal besprochen und direkt alles wurde geändert. Wir hoffen es bleibt so, dann kommen wir wieder.

Very Disappointing Experience!!!
Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The biggest issue was the lack of trust and ''poor customer service at all levels''. The staff were often cold, unfriendly, and seemed more suspicious of guests than willing to help.
One of the many unacceptable moments was when my husband's room access was deactivated ''several hours before the official 12:00 PM check-out'', even though the room was fully paid in advanced and with a separate credit card on file. This caused a serious inconvenience for our son urgently needing to use the bathroom.
The room was also extremely cold, the air conditioning was not controllable, and the gluten-free breakfast was very, very limited,.. offering one tiny piece of bread, heated in a plastic package, is simply unacceptable for a hotel charging this price.
The only real positive was the public beach behind the hotel. But one public beach that does not belong to the hotel does not justify this price, especially when ''other nearby hotels offer the same beach access with much better service''.
Overall, there was a clear lack of trust, poor service, and very poor value for money. The experience was simply not worth the price. This is our honest and sincere opinion, based entirely on our experience during the stay. All the best.

Honestly, I’m completely disappointed. My day started with some horrible artificial scrambled eggs that smelled and tasted so strange that I couldn’t eat them.

And now I’m sitting in the restaurant in the evening, and instead of calm, pleasant music that lets you relax over dinner, there is this constant stupid beat.

I really don’t understand this kind of management. Who is the one who decides that this is what people want in a hotel?
You come here for peace, comfort and relaxation — not to start your morning with artificial eggs and finish your evening with boom-boom-boom over dinner.

So yes… you asked how I like the hotel.

Now you know.
I definitely won’t stay here again.

Chambre climatisé au minimum assez désagréable au vu des chaleurs, la chambre infesté de moustique, climatisation bruyante. On nous a changé de chambre mais pour une chambre au fond du couloir de l’autre côté de l’hôtel près de la sortie de secours. Cette nouvelle chambre sentait le renfermer tout le long du séjour.
Le serveur de la piscine était très lent, on avait l’impression de l’embêter à chaque demande… les chambres était physiquement bien mais on s’attend à mieux pour 1200 euros 4 nuits.
