Honestly, I’m completely disappointed. My day started with some horrible artificial scrambled eggs that smelled and tasted so strange that I couldn’t eat them.

And now I’m sitting in the restaurant in the evening, and instead of calm, pleasant music that lets you relax over dinner, there is this constant stupid beat.

I really don’t understand this kind of management. Who is the one who decides that this is what people want in a hotel?
You come here for peace, comfort and relaxation — not to start your morning with artificial eggs and finish your evening with boom-boom-boom over dinner.

So yes… you asked how I like the hotel.

Now you know.
I definitely won’t stay here again.

Chambre climatisé au minimum assez désagréable au vu des chaleurs, la chambre infesté de moustique, climatisation bruyante. On nous a changé de chambre mais pour une chambre au fond du couloir de l’autre côté de l’hôtel près de la sortie de secours. Cette nouvelle chambre sentait le renfermer tout le long du séjour.
Le serveur de la piscine était très lent, on avait l’impression de l’embêter à chaque demande… les chambres était physiquement bien mais on s’attend à mieux pour 1200 euros 4 nuits.

Le personnel de l’etablissement n’est vraiment pas aimable avec les clients

The damp room we were allocated and expected to pay near €300 for. That featured a massive damp patch on the ceiling. The lacklustre staff and no response from the email I sent the GM.

Unfortunately it was obviously understaffed, especially considering the price, it was difficult to get service.
Bars and restaurants were frequently unmanned.

"Quiet pool" often had children running around and screaming, particularly at weekends, so wouldn't recommend for those looking for a relaxing or peaceful stay. Staff members do not oversee, clean or enforce any etiquette from rude guests in the pool area.

Very Disappointing Experience !!!
Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. I made this reservation for my husband and son, and several aspects of their stay were far below what we expected.
The biggest issue was the staff and customer service. They were consistently cold, unfriendly, and unwelcoming, often giving the impression that they were distrustful of guests rather than genuinely trying to assist them.
There were several unpleasant interactions throughout the stay, which made the overall experience very uncomfortable.
Another unacceptable incident occurred on the last day, when my husband's room access was deactivated several hours before the official 12:00 PM check-out time. This was despite the fact that the room had been fully paid for and a credit card was already on file. This was extremely inconvenient specially because our son that couldn't use the toilet right away, it is completely unacceptable.
There were also issues with the room itself. It was incredibly cold, and controlling the air conditioning was practically impossible. In addition, the hotel offers very limited gluten-free breakfast options. Being given a single small piece of packaged in plastic gluten-free bread is simply not enough, especially considering the price paid for the stay.
The only real positive was the public beach located directly behind the hotel. However, several other hotels in the area offer the same access to the beach while providing a much better level of customer service.
Overall, the experience was not worth the money at all !!! All the best.
