A beautiful hotel with excellent facilities, very clean and modern rooms and lovely views of the water.
El hotel esta muy bien situado frente al mar y es un hotel bonito que cuida la estetica.
La piscina tiene hamacas de calidad.
El bar de la piscina esta tambien muy bonito y cuidado.
No me gusto el precio que es muy excesivo. Este precio lo podria tener todavia con mas detalles exclusivos en cuanto a decoración y calidades. Es un hotel muy agradable y cuidado pero bastante estandard.
Tampoco me gustó nada que me pusieran en una habitación que al ser para personas con discapacidad no tenia mampara pero la ducha era standard . No era mas grande de lo normal lo que hacia que tubieras que poner una toalla en el suelo para contener el agua dentro de la ducha. No me parece adecuado y para una persona con discapacidad es un problema mas grande todavia que para mi.

La situación del hotel, la limpieza y las señoras de la limpieza.
El aire acondicionado perdí 2 horas con la recepcionista porque estaba a 20 grados y no hubo manera de arreglarlo. Al final bajé el disjuntor i me pasé toda la noche con frío y sin luz. Tampoco tenia servicio de hamacas el la playa, y como no se puede fumar en la terraza ni en la piscina no desayuné en el hotel y me fui a las hamacas del xiringuito de la playa y ahí también comí. Perdisteis mi desayuno, mi comida y lo que pude tomar en la piscina o terraza.
La recepción a parte de la que me intentó ayudar por la noche con el aire, la verdad que muy mediocre.

Staff at the reception was ok, staff at the restaurant was not friendly and seemed always lost and overwhelmed
Everything was awesome, we even came back after our first night there and ended canceling another hotel because this one was very good and pleasant
