Terrible mattress, bug in my bed. Yuck.

The staff was very efficient, and friendly

Cons:

The bed was hard as a rock, no give in rhe mattress. Terrible mattress. The room they put is in had a bed bug or roach running across my pillow. I was grossed out. I wanted to leave the hotel completely, but I spoke with the staff, and they gave us a new room. However, we were not compensated in any way. I even killed the insect and showed them.
