Pros:

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was well stocked and exceeded expectations.

Cons:

Cleanliness met expectations. Toilet was not throughly cleaned. Mattress was comfortable.

Grande chambre

Cons:

Il n'ont pas respecté mes choix j'avais demandandé une chambre non communicante suite à une mauvaise expérience dans le passé et surprise notre chambre était communicante avec celle d'a côté.
Le petit déjeuner du matin n'était pas prêt à 6H, on a attendu jusqu'a 6h30 toujours pas prêt, on est parti car nous avions beaucoup de route à faire

Overall, the staff was friendly but the facilities did not meet my expectations.
Pros:

The staff at the front desk was super friendly. I liked the location of the hotel. The hotel was within walking distance of gas station and a few places fir food.

Cons:

The hot water heater did not work and was forced to take multiple cold showers during my stay. There were stains on the carpet and also on the bedding. The pool was closed for maintenance but this was not disclosed prior to me checking in.

Reservation Problem
Pros:

Be careful booking this Hampton using a third party booking service. They did not honor a paid in full 1 month in advance reservation. Front desk was more interested in reciting policy than helping resolve the situation. Luckily the third party reservation service gave me a full refund. If I wanted to stay at this Hampton I needed to pay at the hotel desk and they wanted $100 more per night.

The bathroom had stains in the tub the ceiling in the bathroom was not fixed they never cleaned the room at all while we were there
