Pros:

Die Lage und die Betten waren bequem

Cons:

- Die Klimaanlage funktionierte in keinem unserer 4 Zimmer, was bei den heißen Temperaturen eine Qual war

- Das Personal war extrem unfreundlich und lustlos

- Die Renigung muss jeden Vorabend angemeldet werden und spontan kann man kein Toilettenpapier oder Hygienebeutel bekommen.

- Die Zimmerkarten funktionierten nie, wir mussten jeden Abend für ALLE 4 ZIMMER fie Karten neu einlesen lassen

- Der Zimmerpreis von 1400€ (4Zimmer) wurde doppelt belastet

- Und bei all dem 18€ p.T. parken berechnen

- Keiner von uns 8 Leuten kann dieses Hotel empfehlen.

Cons:

Klimaanlage macht absolut nichts.
Lage neben einer Schnellstraße.
Da es sehr heiß war musst man mit offenen Fenster mit Autobahn Lärm schlafen.
Parken sehr teuer.
Kein Safe, kein Kühlschrank nichts.
Rezeption geht nie ans Telefon.
Hat nichts gegen die Hitze oder Lärm unternommen oder Lösungen angeboten.... bisher auch noch keine Teilrückerstattung erhalten, die wir angefordert haben.

Pros:

Das Personal war hilfsbereit obwohl unser Zimmer storniert war als wir ankamen. Wir bekamen doch noch ein Zimmer, obwohl an diesem Tag eine Betriebsüberleitung von Hotel Mercure zu einem neuen Betreiber war und deshalb das Hotel keine Gäste aufnahm.

Cons:

Wir bezahlten die Hotelrechnung in bar und haben einen Antrag ausgefüllt, dass wir per Email eine Rechnung bekommen. Allerdings haben wir bis heute, 6 Wochen später, noch keine Rechnungsquittung erhalten.

Pros:

The beds were very comfortable, breakfast was very tasty too. Location was quite nice as it was close to the bus stations. The staff was amazing and helpful at all times.

Cons:

The rooms got quite hot and stuffy fairly quickly. AC doesn't work strong enough even when set on the lowest temperature, so that was the worst part of the stay for sure. Thankfully evenings get quite cool, so it was possible to cool off the room somewhat OK.

Es war schön , würde wieder kommen
Pros:

Personal war Super , Zimmer sehr schön , TV etwas komisch platziert. Top ist das 24Std jemand an der Info da ist.
Frühstück hatte ich nicht gebucht , daher keine Wertung darüber und Wlan auch nicht getestet.

Cons:

Klimaanlage lief , machte das Zimmer nicht kalt . ich denke mal ein defekt liegt vor.

Location was good for the event I was attending

Cons:

Just felt cheap and the air con didn’t work so we had to suffer in unbearable heat for 3 night. The hotel didn’t offer anything in the way of relief. Eg a fan or any kind of refund and it was crazy expensive
