Was nasty shower didnt wrk no pool rooms were all messed up food walls restroom were nasty
Room given the key lock did not work had to be placed in a different room
Asked attendant if someone had lay down on the beds before I arrived and said no
Once in the room mosquitos and flys were in it had to go to front desk to ask for bug spray
Once settle and almost ready to rest removed the covers and found multiple long black hairs on the blankets and pillows. Went to the front and showed attendant pictures of off the evidence and was offered an extra sheet and took it. I didn’t want to be moved from room to room. Was very tired
Following morning went for breakfast and there was hardly anything and there was nobody available to re supply the bar.
Was not going to comment on this but it felt necessary
Very kind staff
The pictures on Expedia are dishonest. Do better please.
The staff accommodated my check out due to my work meeting ending at check out time. We were not happy that TV service was out.
The travel center in the parking lot is closed down. Gas station abandoned. 18 wheelers using the lot as free parking. Service center deralict. Old cars shopping carts and trash. I was one of three cars at the entire hotel. Carpet in the room was filthy. Furniture old, damaged. Dirty. Pillow stained and dirty. Old fridge stored on balcony. Patio and pool not available. Nothing in the area other than an abandoned RV park and abandoned gas station next door.
I had great stay. Stuff and service were perfect.
No wash cloths , ceiling was peeling, carpet was frayed along wall , microwave door wouldn't open, said they served breakfast only thing they had was cereal and bananas . Will NEVER stay here again and when I told Expedia for a refund desk clerk was rude and obnoxious
Smelled bad everything was old and broken down room smelled like it was wet not mildew but like something old and wet size of the room was good a lot of space just run down
The hotel seemed deserted with only one other couple there. The rest of the inhabitants seemed to be the Indian families that ran the hotel. They were very nice people. I felt safe there as a single senior lady. My stay was very comfortable. The room was clean. The continental breakfast was good. The restaurant served only Indian food which I like, but my palak paneer was too spicy. I then drove 5 miles into Ozona from there to get a DQ milkshake to cool down my mouth! The AC worked well and the shower was great. The pool was closed due to being remodeled. It will be very pretty when done.
The check in was good and the room seemed clean but there were no towels. We asked the front office for towels but never received them. Also when we checked out there was no one there to take our card for check out. Not happy.
We were just passing by. It was okay to rest for one night, but a bit expensive for the conditions of the property. Signs say there is gas and food, but the businesses are all closed
Nothing
The stay was very nice the service we received was above amazing we were treated like royalty, the only thing that I could see that needed attention was the carpets were very dirty and there were no face cloths,or cups. We thought that we were getting breakfast but there was nothing
Room & linens smell terrible this is the worst room I have on my life
Middle of nowhere but lowkey
The pictures were nothing like the actual place the room was dirty. Water was dripping from the city. There was stains on the pillow and sheet. The lamps had mildew carpet was dirty and the pool wasn’t even working.
It's was last minute and I was satisfied with price overall. Room was comfortable for my stay. It included breakfast but not even juice or water to drink, lol. Coffee was delicious. I would suggest sugar free creamer for those of us that don't or can't have sugar. Ian was such a friendly person. His wife nor much, but not all of us love customer service! My personal opinion, I think it's rude when you keep talking in your foreign language ignoring or keeping me from my check in and not even acknowledging I was being serviced first! They do accept dogs. Don't know of deposit etc, since I left my dog with my daughter. Overall it was nice. Restaurant is Indian food, but don't know is others options available. There is a convenience store super close.
Pretty run down musky room.
Used wash clothes hanging on shower head and shower curtain. Used soap bar in shower No sheets on bed, no pillow case on 2 of 4 pillows.Ask for money back and front desk ignored me.
