Pros:

May stay was great at every point. Samantha at the front desk and Mr. Luis the shuttle driver are very inviting and accommodating.

A well run organization
Pros:

My recent stay at The Holiday Inn Express at BWI was wonderful. The staff was accommodating and friendly! The rooms were very clean and I enjoyed the breakfast very much. Many options and a great hostess. Will stay again!

Winter in Baltimore
Pros:

Upon check-in, we were greeted by a gentleman named Al. Al booked our shuttle and recommended a restaurant for dinner . He was very courteous and helpful. Thank you Al!

Safe, clean room near airport
Pros:

The room was nice and the beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and we never had to wait for anything. It was quiet and felt safe.

Cons:

It was a little petty to charge 10$ a night for the parking. There were plenty of spaces and it wasn't like we were downtown or anything. You had to drive to get to a place to eat so it wasn't a fantastic location. Breakfast times were inconvenient.

Great service!
Pros:

This is a wonderful hotel. Today, Al, the manager on duty went above and beyond. He was kind and thoughtful and made sure I got the rest I needed. As a commuting flight attendant that is super important to me! I now have a reason to make this my #1 hotel when traveling! Thanks, Al!

Pros:

The front desk made a to go breakfast for me but I had a very early flight and forgot!
It was very thoughtful and appreciated.
The shuttle service is outstanding and both drivers were on time and very efficient.

Cons:

Paying $10.00 per night for parking to keep my car at the hotel.

2026 Cruise in Baltimore
Pros:

We were taken from the Holiday Inn to the Carnival ship port in Baltimore. It was convenient, clean and Dennis, the driver, was very helpful and kind! We will definitely be using this service again in the future!
