Great stay and great shuttle service to BWI!
Pros:

We stayed at the Holiday Inn express near BWI. We parked there for 11 nights while on vacation. We had a great experience with the hotel and the shuttle was so much easier than parking at the airport. Brittany picked us up when we returned, within a few minutes of us calling, and she was great! I highly recommend staying here when flying out of BWI!

I keep returning because of the staff. Alan is always helpful whenever I need any information about the area.
Pros:

Property is clean, check-in staff is always friendly and accommodating. We also love the location. Easy access to the highway.

Cons:

Bed sheets never look and smell fresh and clean. There are no stains or visible dirty, but compare to other hotels I have stayed in, the sheets are white and smell clean.

I highly recommend this hotel, especially for business travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.
Pros:

I had a really great stay at this hotel during a recent business trip. The cleanliness alone deserves 5/5 — everything from the lobby to my room was spotless and very well maintained. You can tell they take pride in keeping the property in top shape.
The staff were also a 5/5. Everyone I interacted with, from check-in to checkout, was friendly, welcoming, and professional. They truly made the stay easy and comfortable.
The free breakfast had plenty of options and everything was hot and fresh, which I definitely appreciated before heading out for the day.
The location is super convenient — less than 10 minutes from the airport — and the shuttle service was excellent. It was reliable, on time, and completely stress-free. They don’t just run to the airport either; they’ll take you to local restaurants and pretty much anywhere within a 3-mile radius, which makes it easy to go out without needing a car or a ride share.
Even though it’s close to the airport, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. I was able to rest well and focus on work without any disturbances, which is exactly what I needed for a business trip.
I would absolutely stay here again.
