I didn't like that while checking in front desk. Lady thought it was ok to have me standing there waiting to check in. While she was having a conversation with another employee. Then, I got to my room and found out the floor underneath a.c unit was leaking

Wasn’t far from some good food places,bed was comfortable,pool and gym were clean and Samantha at the front desk was awesome

Cons:

Sheets could have been a little more clean,there were old stains that you can tell won’t come out with washing.

This hotel rips off its guests, they don't resolve any problems over the phone (they hang up on you)
Pros:

I made a reservation for a week, but unfortunately, I had a problem at the airport and couldn't check in on the scheduled day. I called before my arrival requesting a change of dates by email and phone. The attendants showed no interest and hung up on me without offering any solution. I asked for a refund, they ripped me off and started denying contact requests from Trip.com. Furthermore, while I was staying at the hotel, the manager instructed me to cancel the reservations through the app for a refund and discount. When I cancelled and paid in cash, the manager continued to ignore the Booking.com acceptance request for the refund. I fell victim to a scam by the management of this $500 hotel. So my warning is to look for another hotel, because their policy is not honest with guests.

Personal amable y servicial. Buen desayuno . Excelente ubicación, fácil para llegar al Downtown.
Cama cómoda al igual que las almohadas.
Desayuno normal para hotel de cadena.

Cons:

La habitación no estuvo hecha antes de las 13 hs, hora en que regresamos al hotel, por lo que sólo cambiaron toallas a pedido.
