great location and a friendly place.
Pros:

We really found the hotel’s location extremely convenient. We were able to walk around and explore the UNESCO World Heritage part of the city with ease.

Cons:

The room was quite small, and the provisions were limited—for instance, there was only one tea bag or coffee sachet provided for two people, so we had to request additional supplies. On the positive side, the reception staff were very accommodating and kindly allowed us a late check-out, which we greatly appreciated.

Excellent support
Pros:

Excellent support of hotel staff. I forgot my bag in the taxi on departure after getting dropped at HZMB Bus station. On contacting the hotel, the staff spontaneously found the taxi details through CCTV camera recording of the hotel. There after they contacted the taxi driver and directed him to deliver my bag at the point where taxi had dropped me. An excellent job.

Good but location not so convenient
Pros:

Lobby smells nice and fresh but from the hallway to our room it smells like old carpet, after turn on the AC the smells inside the room slowly disappear. Staff very nice and helpful which a plus but location not very convenient although it could easily reach from pier about few minutes by taxi. Overall we are enjoy our stay, after all hotel Royal still a good choice if you're gonna explore macau peninsula by walk.

Das Hotel war in Ordnung, preislich am Wochenende aber überrissen.
Pros:

Die Lage war in Ordnung, nicht‘s spezielles. Ins Zentrum hat man zu Fuss 10 Minuten. Der Standort war sehr sicher man hatte nie Angst um die Sicherheit. Das Personal war sehr freundlich & hilsbereit.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren Sauber aber die Einrichtung im Zimmer veraltet. Wenn man etwas waschen wollte oder etwas „extra“ bekommen wollte wie ein Tuch für den Pool zahlte man sehr viel drauf, muss nicht sein & ist nicht so sehr Kundenfreundlich.
