Pros:

la vue sur la baie de Naples est magnifique .
l hôtel est très agréable avec des chambres avec vue sur la baie possible et le restaurant est très bon, pas besoin de réserver. On peut prendre le petit déjeuner sur le rooftop

Lobby of hotel was beautiful with lovely views. Our room was small with limites view.s.
Pros:

The breakfast was a good value for the price. It was plentiful and food was good.

Cons:

The people at front desk were not very friendly. There was no little shop to purchase incidentals or to get change

The unforgettable view and the friendly staff made my stay very enjoyable.
Pros:

The view was breathtaking. The room was nice and the staff was very kind and accommodating. The food in the restaurant was tasty. I appreciated the the robes and slippers in the room.

Cons:

The restaurant didn't open until 7:30. I understand that's the custom in Italy but for an international hotel, an earlier opening would be greatly appreciated. The location caused the price of taxis to be high. Perhaps the hotel could provide a shuttle to the downtown area a couple of times a day. A ramp into the lobby area would make it easier to deal with luggage.

Pros:

Le paysage vu de l’hôtel est à couper le souffle ( c’est le gros point positif de cet hôtel ) . Le personnel , c’est comme partout, est très sympathique ou désagréable. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment banal mais je recommande le restaurant. Propre et confortable
