Pros:

Ultimamente poco o niente avete peggiorato la qualità del servizio

Cons:

Sono vostro cliente da anni e mi date sempre la stanza peggiore nonostante prenoto vista mare , spesso al piano dove non hai una buona visuale perché sei basso, l'ultima addirittura diagonale, delusione totale.

Un sejur frumos.
Pros:

Un hotel cu o priveliște frumoasă , curat , mâncare bună și un personal de nota 10 .De câte ori am avut nevoie de ceva cei de la recepție ne-a ajutat imediat .

Cons:

Piscină este mică , ca aceea de casă și se face cu programare la recepție , pentru un hotel de mărimea aceasta trebuia cel puțin o piscină normală .

Good clean bright hotel, staff are excellent, food excellent. No local minimart
Pros:

Staff were so helpful from all departments, couldn't do enough for you. Reception was very informative.
We were upgraded to a sea view which was lovely with a balcony.
The restaurant food was delicious overlooking the Gulf and the hosting staff were very accommodating

Cons:

The location
Positioned on a cliff walking down the hill to the harbour is fine but you need a taxi to walk up if it's late in the evening or your in a rush.
Not having a local mini mart was our biggest downfall, as we were advised not to drink the tap water by the staff. As our stay was so short we purchased 75ml water bottles from the hotel, which in 35 degree heat were drank pretty quickly. It would be great if the hotel had the means to sell larger bottles.
The positive side is the staff did provide a couple of bottles for free.

Beautiful area, just a bit tucked away from the city center.
Pros:

Staff for sure! Especially the front desk/receptionist. She was wonderful and everyone else I met was lovely.

Cons:

I didn’t realize how far away the hotel was from the center of the city or how expensive taxis would be (which has nothing to do with the hotel).

Amazing views, excellent service and eggplant parmigiana. Pork with potatoes was bland. Nice place!

Gorgeous view and delicious breakfast
Pros:

Lovely hotel with gorgeous views over Naples, best view was from restaurant and terrace. Room had a luxurious feel, nice and clean bathroom, and breakfast was exceptionally delicious with a wide selection of sweet and savory, all top quality.

Cons:

View from our room on 2nd floor was partially blocked by building in front.

Soggiorno perfetto a FDM
Pros:

Colazione magnifica molto ricca da prendersi in una bella sala o in giardino, davvero piacevole. La piscina grande senza difficolta’ di accesso per gli ospiti dell’hotel, le biciclette messe a disposizione per gli ospiti fondamentali e super apprezzate. FdM e’ da vivere in bicicletta ed e’ raro che un hotel le metta a disposizione per i suoi ospiti.
