Beautiful views from the restaurant, terrace, and especially from the balcony if you have one. The hotel itself is very красивый и уютный внутри.

Cons:

Я забронировала номер с видом на море и Везувий и приехала всего на 3 дня. По прибытии меня заселили в комнату с видом на кирпичную стену. После жалобы мне пообещали поменять номер на следующий день, но ситуация повторилась.

Переселение происходило каждый день и только после 13:00, из-за чего я теряла драгоценное время отпуска и испытывала лишний стресс.

Только после повторных обращений мне сначала предоставили временный номер, а затем наконец номер, соответствующий моему бронированию — с балконом и видом на море и Везувий.

Спа заявлено как включённое, однако находится примерно в 3 км от отеля. Добраться туда можно только самостоятельно и за свой счёт, что крайне неудобно.

Сам отель хороший, но процесс заселения и замены номера оставил неприятное впечатление. Рекомендую сразу проверять номер при заселении.

The food was wonderful

The hotel staff were great, couldn't do enough for us.
Quirky sink in the ensuit...looks like its missing at first until you discover its actually see through!
We woke up every morning to the sun rising over Mount Vesuvius "BEAUTIFUL"
We had a guided tour of Pompeii which I would recommend.
Hydrofoil to Capri, whilst there we used the funicular, bus and taxi to visit Capri town and Anacapri...its a special place!
Beware TAXIS!!!
If the hotel calls one for you- great Otherwise they just make up the prices

Perfect views, elegant area. I would choose it again.

Chose the hotel for the location and the views. It didn't disappoint. The room had everything I needed, I particularly appreciated the terrace with the view and the bathtub. At this time of the year the sun rises above the volcano, so you can enjoy a sunlit morning from the terrace (overlooking the volcano). The staff werr kind and helpful.
