Cuando llegamos no tomo 40 minutos en registrarnos, el hombre no tenía ni la menor idea de lo que hacía l, hasta llamó a alguien por teléfono que le explicó , No había suficiente papel de baño, tuvimos que bajar al primer piso a buscarlo delante de mucha gente que aún estaba haciendo la línea, la picina es pequeña, page algo y ni me explicaron que era lo que estaba pagando y me dijeron que por qué lo hice por booking, el desayuno dicen que es gratis pero no te dicen hasta que hora , realmente no lo Vi y llege a las 9:30 am No me vuelvo a quedar ahii si hay otro concierto voy a otro lugar

Great location and quiet.
Pros:

The location to the Lenovo center was phenomenal. We could walk there. It was safe. Peaceful and quiet. Healthy options at breakfast like Greek yogurt and boiled eggs. The beds were very co.fortable and the rooms were spacious with lots of seating.

Cons:

Check in process was very long. Staff seemed kind of unsure or flustered throughout our stay.The pool had a green hue. We are from the south with lots of pools everywhere. We were not confident that it was well maintained and therefore did not swim. Also, I would have preferred a double sink and some dresser drawers for items. Everyone lived out of their suitcase except one person who used the closet.

Perfect location for concert at Lenovo Centre. Staff was lovely.

The location was perfect for our needs

Cons:

There was no microwave in the room. The towels were like sandpaper. The mattress was tk soft. The pillows werevto soft. When asked if they had harder ones they said they did not. The hotel rewards program said they had room service. They did not.. could not get any food after breakfast without leaving the actual hotel.. We will not be back.

Location and price for room and amenities were awesome! Hallways need some attention.
Pros:

We booked this hotel because it is within walking distance to the arena. It is worth it to not deal with parking and getting in and out of there on a game day.

Room was clean and spacious. Minimal wear an tear. Free coffee in the lobby.

Cons:

Only negative comments are, the hallways, although they looked super clean, smelled like feet. Perhaps some vinegar spray will help? Using air fresheners, unless they are made of organic essential oils can be toxic. The lighting in the hallway was absolutely attrocious! The lights are that LED blue that causes headaches. I recommend that the lightbulbs be replaced!
