Amazing for Europeans
Pros:

If you want a quiet place, a place that is not Cancun or any of the super touristy areas. Then you must visit Ixtapan de la sal. There is no one but local tourism. The prices are amazing (about €10 pp per meal) and the food is so good, your cardiologist will not be impressed! But it's soooo good

Wonderful spa!!
Pros:

I have been visiting this hotel for more than 10 years, love the service, the rooms, the restaurant are all wonderful. Love the recent improvements, new tvs in rooms, new shower enclosures, new patio furniture.

Pros:

El servicio del lugar es muy bueno, todos son súper amable. Además las instalaciones y los jardines son hermosos. La experiencia en spa, muy buena también. Lo recomiendo muchísimo

Nada, todo me encantó, pero tal vez podrían tener más entrenamiento además de las canchas de pádel, como mesas de pingpong o clases de yoga.

El hotel tiene unas instalaciones muy bonitas y en excelente estado, la habitación muy amplia y confortable. El spa cumplió con mis expectativas, considerando calidad-precio cumplió.

Cons:

La alberca y el gimnasio estaban en mantenimiento mientras fue mi instancia por lo que no tuve oportunidad de aprovecharlas.

Precios del spa muy altos tuvimos que mejor salir a buscar algo mas barato con que le bajen a 800 el masaje 700 el facial envolturas 950 ,poca luz y pocos enchufes en la habitación, el escusado sin fuerza no jala, la puerta de la terraza se traba
