Very dissatisfied with room and the amenities unclean won't stay here again
Pros:

The location was the only good thing about this hotel

Cons:

The bathroom felt dirty didn't like the shower at all so hard to use the TV was so small the bed wasn't comfortable and the hairdryer was sticky and so unclean.

Over Priced for Hotel Conditions
Pros:

Service was fine but immediately stepping out of the elevator the musty smell hit us on the 2nd floor. The room was the same (#220) in the morning I got stuck in the elevator. Wouldn’t go up and it wouldn’t go down.
I used the stairs and when I got to the first floor there it was. Noticed the elevator repair truck outside.

Lovely
Pros:

We had a wonderful family weekend here! The entire hotel feels fresh and clean, and the kids absolutely loved the indoor pool. The highlight of our arrival was Cole at the front desk. She was incredibly friendly, kind to the kids, and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Exceptional customer service like hers is hard to find. We felt safe, comfortable, and well-taken care of the entire time!

Pros:

I loved my stay. I had my daughter’s 10th birthday party there. The day was absolutely wonderful and I only had two issues. One was that you had to make sure if you wanted breakfast included that you got that package. And two I didn’t appreciate the picture of the bathroom not matching the real description. Other wise everything was perfect.

Cons:

No towels in my room and when I went down to get them there was only a half hearted apology. Pretty disappointed and made me then question what else had not been done to make the room ready.

It's good to meet up with friends!
Pros:

The location was good. Closes to several coffee shops, restaurants and other stores. Very bright and spacious

Cons:

more expensive than I'd like. offered breakfast but it was going to cost $14. I was charged $25 in addition to the room (which I'd already paid for) for "incidentals" which the front desk staff informed me was "in case a member of your party ate breakfast or something like that". Really?

Overpriced and didn't get what was booked
Pros:

Spa pool was clean and worked well.

Cons:

Booked king bed. They told they had no King beds available for me. They gave me a room with 2 queens beds instead.
