Pros:

Asked front desk for a room switch to a different suite with a gas stove, they did not hesitate and booked us a different room right away! Amazing front desk attendant.

The entire staff is extremely rude, no greeting. When you try to speak to them they totally ignore. Gentleman working at the front desk kept charging my card triple what I was supposed to pay. Proceeded to tell me that my card was declining as he kept trying to charge $1,300 to my account. Keep in mind that I already paid for the week stay and was only supposed to be charged for 100 dollar deposit. Speaking of deposit, it is now over 8 hours since my check out, my deposit hasn’t been received, I called the hotel and was told they process all deposits order 24hrs.. smh someone need to investigate their books. Ijs

We actually checked out before staying because there was a variety of hairs from previous guests on every bed and in the bathroom sink. The bunk bedding has cigarette burns and staining, the walls were dirty and the kitchen sink did not drain. There was not even a dishwasher for the dishes. We left and found another hotel.

The hotel was dirty. The elevator was nasty filthy. The room, food all over the place, literally food all over the place that was the first room I checked into the second room, I checked into, it was just as bad stinks of pet urine, microwave filthy, dirty sink with food inside, bathroom, terrible. The staff on-site did not care at all. And then there were random people hanging in the lobby all night long. Not safe at all.

Good location at a fair price with a nice breakfast included
Pros:

The included breakfast was great and varied a lot from day to day. They do much more than just continental( pastries, breads, cereal, yogurts.), the room was pretty spacious as well the couch and bed were pretty comfortable.

Cons:

The parking was bad and even worse because they were working on the parking lot so they blocked off the very few parking spaces that are offered, the elevator took 2 minutes just for the doors to close, jacuzzi was as cold as the pool and was green.
