Staff war mit simplen Check in überfordert, alles dauerte gefühlt ewig, Zimmerkarte konnte nicht kodiert werden und wir mussten vier Mal wieder zur Rezeption um den Fehler beheben zu lassen und in unser Zimmer zu gelangen. letztendlich bekamen wir einen richtigen Schlüssel ausgehändigt. Die Tiefgarage ist eine unterirdische Müllhalde, die kostenlos angeboten werden sollte.
