avevo prenotato uno slot per andare in piscina e una volta presso la struttura acquatica ho trovato altre persone che erano rimaste in piu del tempo dovuto..l'ho detto alla reception ma sono stati evasivi e prima di accedere mi era stato detto che si accede solo il nucleo familiare perchè nn c e bagnino abbiamo fatto come ci e stato richiesto ma poi abbiamo notato diversi atteggiamenti negativi
La geberit del bagno non funzionava e continuava a perdere acqua
Tutto bene, ottima climatizzazione, ottima colazione, cortesia e disponibilità del personale ottima
Unico appunto, abbiamo notato che i pulsanti esterni agli ascensori erano sporchi, basta poco per pulirli con uno spray . Per non dare l'impressione che se quello che si vede sporco, quello che non si vede sia peggio.

L’unica pecca se bisogna lasciare la camera alle 12 per quale motivo le signore delle pulizie alle 10 iniziano a suonare alla porta ripetutamente, addirittura la prima volta hanno anche cercato di aprire la porta….
