I loved the hotel’s location

Cons:

1.we’ve booked a room for 4 with one bed and a sofa bed - when we arrived the sofa was not opened for us and we didn’t had any sheets or winter blanket - when we called the front desk they called a staff member to make the sofa bed and they only brought us a thin blanket for New York January winter!!!!

2. We’ve paid for a breakfast - each day ( 4 days stay) the orange juice was out- when we asked for a refill- the answer was there is no refill!
There was no muffins , no waffle machine- no cakes at all!!!
To make the long story short- I didn’t feel like it was a Marriott hotel …

Stayed when United messed up our connection and the hotel did its job.
Pros:

Stayed there for a night when we missed our United connection. The airline put us here. Overall no complaints. The hotel does its job.

Not up to par for a Marriott property.
Pros:

I just needed a place to lay my head before catching my flight the next morning and assumed (wrongly) that this place would be satisfactory since it was a Marriott property. I didn’t need luxury — just a clean place to sleep for one night. It was very run down and the carpets were stained and ripped. One of the lights in the bathroom area did not work, and the room temperature control did not work. The best part was proximity to the airport and the shuttle which got me to the airport on time for my flight. I would not stay here again.

Given my absolutely discouraging encounter with the reception staff, I will avoid this hotel
Pros:

I used to stay in this hotel frequently, whenever I visit NYC, for the close location to the city. I like the hotel overall, the facilities are decent and well maintained.

Cons:

1. the reception staff that checked us in on arrival was very rude and unprofessional.
2. the rooms are not cleaned, unless on special request with the reception. Our trash has not been removed for 2 days.
3. Breakfast - serving ends at 9.00 am which seems a bit early. Choice is rather limited.

Het was geen fijne acomodatie het viel heel erg tegen, bij binnen komst een rare geur

alles viel tegen.

wat me het meest tegen viel is toen we een gesprek probeerde te houden met medewerker op geven moment was de mede werker on geintereseerd en lachend was om de situatie.

terwijl onze kamer helemaal niet op orde was en weigerde de kamer te veranderen , maar wilde het wel doen voor een bedrag van 404 dollar exclusiev btw

Avoid this one !
Pros:

One of the worst Marriotts we have ever stayed in . There was mold on the ceiling ,
Stains on furniture, and rips in the carpet .
All the furniture was scarred and cheap .
The only redeeming factors were the staff.

The unexpected amount of the parking fee colored the whole experience. The room was nice. A lot of machine noise beginning at about 5 AM. Breakfast was okay. Room was clean.

Cons:

Front desk is a little…i dont know how to put it but when i greet good evening his reply is your not happy? Just weird i dont understand. But the one in the morning is ok.
