Residence Inn by Marriott Newark Elizabeth/Liberty International Airport

Decepção total!!!
Cheguei às 11 da noite, super cansada para fazer check in e tive que esperar no lobby quase 30 minutos pq “o técnico estava arrumando o ar condicionado”. Oi???? Às 11 da noite???
Quando entrei no quarto, tive a sensação que foi arrumado às pressas: cama não estava bem arrumada, tinha cabelo embaixo do lençol, o vaso sanitário não estava completamente limpo, não tinham amenidades no banheiro… fiquei completamente desconfortável!!! Mas estava tão cansada que não tive forças para ir reclamar, só queria tomar um banho e dormir!
O café da manhã foi um desastre! Não tinha lugar para sentar, pouquíssimas mesas! Muito pobre também! Não timha frutas, nem queijo ou cream cheese para passar no pão, só manteiga. Achei muito fraco, comparado aos outros hotéis do mesmo nível na região.
Não volto à ficar nesse hotel. Por esse valor (que não foi tão barato assim), existem outras opções melhores.

The staff is unhelpful. They dont explain the hidden charges associated with the hotel. The hotel decided to charge me for parking even though I did not park my car there. I had to have a firm discussion with the Manager to reverse these charges.

空港に近い=飛行機の往来が激しい、ということで、朝から晩まで飛行機の離陸音が聞こえていた。そんなに気にならない人ならいいが、物音が気になる人はやめておいたほうがいいかも。
ニューヨーク観光に行きましたが、帰りにNew ark penstationからUberでホテルに戻るのに少し苦労しました。配車がなかなかされない、配車されても駅前が渋滞でなかなか車が動かない。どこに重きを置くのかによりますが、ニューヨーク観光を考えるのであれば宿泊施設の立地もよく検討したほうがトータルとして安く済むかもしれません。
空港（EWR）に近い、とは言っても20分くらいはかかります。

The beds were not made tightly seemes as if someone used the space before us and the bedsheets were not changed prior to our checkin.
I wish there was lighting above the shower area the bathroom was dark

It is not worth the price, according to the standard of Marriott hotel.

On the first night of checking in the door’s lock was jammed and we stuck inside. We are so frustrated about being locked inside the room. My son and I tried so hard for almost 10 minutes to open the door so that his right wrist hurt. Before I asked my son to call the front desk, I was able to open the door. I suddenly rushed down to the front desk for the lock fixing. Around 10.30 PM, the technician came and tried to fix it for 30 minutes and couldn’t fix it. It’s getting very late and we are so tired driving back from upstate. So I asked him to change the room for us. He went downstairs and came back with the new key card of the opposite room. It took us almost 20 minutes to move our unpacked stuffs from room 529 to 530. We went to bed almost midnight. Furthermore, the room 530 was not in a very good condition and hygienic as we saw in the photos. The bathroom’s ventilation fan is full of dust so is the air condition’s grill. The carpet was torn as shown in the photo. The room condition at Comfort Inn JFK was way much much better and cheaper than this room :(

Non curato e pulito ..la stanza era sporca e evito di parlare dei materassi e lenzuola tanto e vero che non abbiamo alloggiato siamo andati subito via e ci hanno collocato all hotel di fronte della catena marriot il courtyard Elizabeth ...nonostante non abbiano alloggiato ad oggi dopo una settimana che ci siamo stati non ho ancora ricevuto il refound sulla carta di credito ...che hanno preso come pre autorizzazione
