Very good
Pros:

The staff were exceptional. They were very friendly and very accommodating. I needed cutlery for my food and they didn't hesitate to bring it to my room.
I felt very safe at this location too which is a plus as I travelked alone.

Cons:

Better lighting in the vanity area.
The bathrooms are a tad outdated
Could have better options for the TV entertainment as i do like to unwind with a documentary or two

Alizah and Alexis who were the front desk staff were professionals, good listeners, and were great
Pros:

Breakfast was good… oatmeal was not available at that time.

Cons:

Our initial had a stale odor even with cool temperature and I informed the front desk and they accommodated us during our third and last night/ we wished it was our second night. We would have rated the hotel higher.

Pros:

very clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi worked well.

Cons:

no attempt whatsoever at being eco friendly. replaced towels even when hanging up, threw out opened bars of soap for no reason, the coffee facilities had an incredible(!) amount of single use plastic....
also parking is $15 a day despite absolutely tons of space
inconsistent bar hours
would be great to have bedside tables on both sides of beds
