Wife and I had a nice getaway weekend while we explored the Austin area.

It was near where we wanted to be but still enough out of the city that we felt safe.

the toilets off the lobby didn’t flush, it was kind of dirty and housekeeping never came in with fresh towels or to remove trash. the a/c unit made a clicking noise the entire stay.

Pros:

The staff was great!! Friendly, professional, courteous and appeared happy to welcome us!! The hotel and surrounding area was clean and we felt quite safe.

Cons:

Bed and Sofa were uncomfortable!! Took a seemingly long time to adequately cool the room down and maintain a consistent temperature that was comfortable.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Staff was excellent.

Cons:

Since it was busy time due to music festival in town, we did not get the room of our choice.

Cons:

The hot water in the kitchenette was off. The tile in the bathroom was dirty upon arrival. There was not enough light in the room had to rely on opening the curtains. The room had a mildew smell.

Pros:

Price was reasonable. Bed was comfortable but the mattress needed to be spun as the left side had a divet.

Cons:

Floors looked dirty and the room had a musty odor. Could use some freshening up. Stark in decor.

Cons:

Security door did not work properly outside the gate of the pool access door from parking lot and another door had water dripping and carpet was soaking wet and the hallways outside the elevators were hot and I guess the pool heater was not working because the water was not heated...
Oh and there is no water pressure in the shower in the room...
