Breakfast was great! Front desk ladies were very sweet!
Location was great: about 15-20min walk to Drury and from there River Walks. Walking back around 10p was ok.
We had special time needs and the staff cheerfully cooperated with our special requests.
Torn picture needs repair, not a complaint. Just FYI.

Great hotel, staff were pleasant and wasn't too far a walk into the town centre via the river. Those who can't walk would need a taxi/car. Breakfast was good and rooms comfortable and large with no noise. Left items in the wardrobe and staff were most helpful in sending it to another hotel we were staying in when i contacted them :)
Not enough fresh fruit at breakfast and WiFi was poor (I work in IT, my hotspot on phone was more stable and often quicker), it starts off well but then just seems to time out. Might be a bit far from centre for some but we like walking ;)

Qualche attenzione in più alle rifiniture lo porterebbe a 10.
Avevamo una parete della camera con la vernice rovinata e una piastrella staccata: niente che abbia disturbato la nostra permanenza, ma sono sicuramente elementi a cui prestare più attenzione.
La atención del personal fué excepcional. Desde la llegada muy amables siempre. Durante la estancia hubo problemas con un A/C que dejó de funcionar. Nos solucionaron inmediatamente y nos asignaron a otra habitación sin ningun problema. Los desayunos incluidos estuvieron muy bien, había un poco para todos, y puedes comer de forma variada todos los días. Durante la estancia nos apoyaron con Toallas extra, Wifi para el PS5 de mi hijo.
No hay nada malo que decir.
Good breakfast and good location
Stayed with family of 5 (3 x kids) on Queen suite room. Good room with decent space. Breakfast was awesome and staff very friendly. Would recommend anyone with family as parking is free and distance from attractions only few miles away.

We only stayed one night. It was a great location and loved that it wasn’t far from downtown. Staff was very nice. The he room was nice and cold.

ThI staff was nice and very helpful.
We were first assigned to room 201. The room smelled stuffy and moldy. Upon further examination I saw mold in the AC unit. The room should not be assigned to anyone as it is a danger. The manager proceeded to fluff up the pillows to prepare for another guest as we were leaving. We were then assigned to room 221 which smelled much better and did not have mold in the AC. The couch had stains on it, the shower curtain was ripped and the bathtub was peeling. I would have paid more money to stay somewhere else but reservation was non- refundable and I see why.
